I spend most of my time sitting at a computer which gives me issues with tight muscles in my back and neck. I've called around to see about getting an appointment and most places didn't seem interested in getting any new business. When I called Massage Heights I was met with a pleasant sounding voice that was eager to assist with no pressure (Taylor). I made the appointment and when I arrived I was treated very well. The staff there are pleasant and genuinely want to make your pain go away. Jaque is now my new massage therapist and I love that she asked questions and helped work out my stiff muscles. I'm now a regular and will be regularly having massages for the next 12 months. Another thing that I thought was great, is there was a follow up call to see how I was feeling. I booked massages and facials as part of my best friends Bachlorette Party to start off our day! They were able to accommodate 7 of us! The bride and maid of honor each received a 1 hour massage and facial and the rest of us were able to get 90 minute hot-stone massages. The staff was professional, courteous, and we were all very happy with our time of relaxation before heading late that evening. All 7 of us were happy and appreciative that each therapist took the time to find out what areas we needed work on. Scott & Barb were easy to work with, had a goodie bag for each of us, and even said we could bring in our own treats if we wished. I recommend this location for any of your pamper day needs.
