I have always loved this place! Have gone many times and have brought a lot of people with me! I'm disappointed that this past time I went was awful. I asked for a neck massage and was very direct, telling them 3 times that I just wanted my neck massaged in a chair. They ended up having me lay down on the massage table and the lady doing the massage did an awful job. She kept pressing down on my spine and did not rub any of my knots out, which is why I went there in the first place. I left with my neck hurting more than when I got there. I've learned my lesson and next time I will definitely ask for someone other than her. read more

Dishonest Business Alert: The service on my foot massage was great. At the end of the massage, the gentleman that did not seem to speak English coaxed me to sit on the bench and he proceeded to give me a shoulder rub. When I got to the front counter, I handed the lady the $40 for a 1 hour foot massage. I then went to tip the gentleman $20 for his service. When I got back to the font counter to leave, the lady kept saying I owed her more. The sign said that a 60 minute foot massage was $40 and that is what I gave her. She kept saying that I agreed to a shoulder massage added to my foot massage and that it would be $10 more. I showed her the fill in sheet that I only marked for a 60 minute foot massage. She insisted and I handed her another $10. I believe that this is a dishonest business that preys on folks to get more money out of them. This place is close to my home office and I have been to this business 4 other times with no problems. I will not return and will get the word out that I feel they are dishonest. read more

I love coming here to treat myself. I get the hour long full body. It's wonderful and the price is great. I recommend strength of 5 or greater. While most staff do not speak much English, that doesn't matter to me. They are all so nice and great at what they do. It's always busy, but I get in right away with no appointment. This was sort of a massage for 90 minutes but a bargain at $59 per person. The massage depth was light and they used towels with no removal of clothes so to say it was a massage is a stretch. There was some great hand and foot massage mixed in but overall entirely too light due to the towels, clothes, and semi public setting (beds all next to each other so you can see the other patrons). The prices are really reasonable. Smelled nice, was very clean, and had relaxing music on. I like that you can choose your massage strength when you sign in. I've been twice and the first time, I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The second time, I'm not sure the massage therapist knew exactly what he was doing but it was fine for the price I was paying. They will take walk-ins but I would recommend calling ahead to schedule. The first time, I walked in and had to wait an hour so decided to walk around the area. The second time, I called to make an appointment and it worked out great. There are two massage therapists usually working and one person greeting people at the front. Fo Reflexology is absolutely awesome! I was having a lot of pain in my shoulder for several weeks, like a pinched nerve nothing I did helped. I went here for a massage and after a lot of work on Steve's part.... He worked out my "kinks!" The next day, I was pain free! The massage not only felt wonderful, it fixed my shoulder. Do not believe their "reservations" they make you. We reserved 60 minutes for 2 people and when we showed up on time, they said a group of 4 came in and bumped us out and have no spots left for the rest of the night. Wow. We have been going here several times since they opened giving our local small business support but the massages were becoming inconsistent in quality. They recently increased their prices and massages feel rushed. Timer I set last time was not the complete 60 minutes at all - especially if they have people waiting. Why did we even try to return? Lesson learned. Sorry, you just lost our business and will be going elsewhere. Luckily there are a lot of more higher quality places in this area. read more

Very calming and relaxing environment. I love the look of it. I got the 60 minute full body massage. They put a towel over you and sometimes will apply lotion. The majority of the massage is when your lying on your stomach. There's some face up or sitting up. All very professional. It's an open space, so you feel safe. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst massage of my life. It was incredibly rough and hurt the entire time I was there. I was in so much pain that I had to take Ibuprofen for days afterwards. He also popped my back during the massage, which is incredibly dangerous to do if you are not a trained professional. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The prices are very reasonable and the hours and location are convenient. However, after 2 visits, I cannot recommend this business. On my first visit, they were unprepared for my appointment although I had previously walked in and booked the appointment in person. They adapted quickly and the leg/foot massage was excellent. On my second visit, I asked for a full body massage but ultimately only received the equivalent of a chair massage. The massage therapist smelled bad and the therapist working on my friend took several calls about appointments during her massage. In addition, there is a language barrier so there was very little communication about problem areas which would have been especially helpful for this massage. Finally, as I paid for our massages, they watched to see how much I tipped and then questioned me about the amount as they didn't think it was enough. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. read more

Then we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes past our appointment time because the individuals in front of us were late. They did offer us a discount which we couldn't use because we found the place through Groupon. No one apologized. We were offered bottles of water while we waited but we just left those there because we weren't going to wait 30+ minutes. I guess appointments don't really matter at this place. It's disruptive.sometimes the one who takes over is not who I'd prefer... different techniques... there so many times during the massage some else will come in talking. Today another guy came in about 5 times during my massage. Very disrespectful and disruptive. And taking phone calls is disruptive and rude too. Happens a lot. They also need to listen about pressure. We say 2-3-and not knead so much if they can tell the persons body is not responding- i can't image anyone getting 9-10. read more
