When I got there I was still flustered from the day. It was a nice location. I sat at Tony's station and he got to work immediately. My mission was simple: nude shellac mani. I wish I had time for a pedi too. The chairs looked so nice but it was cold and I was on the move. I had to get back to CL. Tony did such a great job on my nails! He was so kind and helpful! I also got an eyebrow wax. Co workers knocked on the door incessantly and she continued to be incredibly distracted. About four days after the appointment the scabs healed on my eyelids (thanks to treatment by my dermatologist). However the holes in my hair are still there... Don't waste your time. Don't sacrifice your hair. And don't waste your money, they will nickel and dime you and hit you with a bill at the end that doesn't seem to compute. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color.
