Moe took time at the beginning of the appointment to understand what I needed. He asked about my goals, any specific areas I wanted to focus on, and even walked me through his plan before starting. Moe immediately made me feel confident in his approach. During the massage, Moe used a variety of techniques to target different muscle groups and adjusted the pressure perfectly based on my preferences. He was also very mindful of draping and made sure I felt comfortable and respected at all times. The end results were incredible. My body felt completely relaxed afterward, and all the tension and "stuck" energy had begun to release. Even days later, I've noticed that stretching is easier and the areas that used to feel tight are no longer bothering me.
