When we first arrived to the make up class, there was not a connection or any interest our birthing plan and how to integrate our plan. Instead Hypnobirthing was presented as the exclusive way to birth (very elitist). The class format is lecture style and could use some more intergration. BTW we had a wonderful hospital birth despite Alicia's constant critism of birthing at a hospital. Overall intentions are well but there were minimal techiniques and coaching on the techniques. The class felt very drug out and there are much more affordable options out there on Hynobirthing.
