I was about to use the toilet but saw that there was a wad of crumpled toilet paper stuck inside the cardboard of the toilet paper roll (it wasn't on any toilet paper roll holder), so I didn't touch the toilet paper. I was expecting a full-body Thai massage but it was an utterly incomplete one. It certainly wasn't a "Thai" massage at all. For the first 30 minutes, she only focused on my back, not even massaging it but just pressing points that were painful on my bones. I had to ask her when she'd actually start massaging and this annoyed her. I've had a lot of Thai massgaes and clearly, this one wasn't even close to a real Thai massage. She barely worked on my arms and legs. And the way she maneuvered my head as well as my body (to supposedly "stretch" me) was done in an incorrect way that it was uncomfortable - I was quietly scared I might get an injury. I felt duped and was disappointed upon realizing that I overpaid for something that was totally bogus.

I opted to give the tip at the end. 2) upon entering my room, the sheets were damp so I felt a bit cold. If anything the sheets to lay in and drape over you should've been dry. Freshly warmed sheets and a heated table are even better. 3) the lady sneezed a few times in the room and even though my eyes were closed I don't think she sanitized her hands. Thankfully at this point, the drape was on me so she didn't touch my skin after sneezing. 4) although I walked out relaxed and the massage therapist got some knots out, about an hour later, my upper back felt a new kind of pain and feels out of adjustment. She adjusted me towards the end and I didn't expect that. I don't think they're supposed to do that.
