I've come here pretty regularly over the past 6 months and it has up until now been great. The pricing is fair and service has been consistent. I usually come for Coco, however this time I was assigned to someone else. Typically that isn't a problem, however my masseuse either was not listening or did not understand, because I told them the massage was too hard 3 times and they did not adjust at all. This place was recommended by my colleague at work. I have been wanting to try this place until one Sunday afternoon I called at 4pm and asked if they have availability or accept walk in and the lady told me that the place is busy but then there is a 4:30pm opening which I grabbed. I had trouble locating the place I drove back and forth not noticing the sign and building. Anyway, the place is nice and affordable, dim, with soft music. It's my first time for the full body massage and I am not sure if it's the best or not. The gentleman who did my massage appeared to be nice and courteous, however, does not speak English although we used his phone translator to communicate. I wasn't able to tell him my problem areas to focus on. They charge additional $2 if paid in card, so cash preferred. I have $80 with me, $58 for full body massage 60mins with complementary hotstone and the rest were tips. I am not sure how the tipping goes because its my first time. I went in 3 weeks ago and I am still in severe pain every day. I was uncomfortable during the massage, but figured it's because I just don't do massages. I do have a high pain tolerance, for the record. When we started, there was a customer talking in the room behind mine, I guess, and I actually thought he was in the room with me and almost ran. I had a panic attack but kept it to myself. I felt exposed. There are also weird peep holes on the door. I kept talking myself out of it and gaslighting myself to be ok. At the end, the guy bent my leg and thrust it toward my body. What massage does that? I felt a sharp pain in my rib and even yelped. He moaned, weirdly. The pain in my ribs increased every day since. Thankfully it is bruised not broken, but I can barely move without pain. I am not a Karen but I want to warn others. Never again. read more

If you want an affordable and decent place for a massage this is the place to go. I like to come here for a quick cheap massage with the expectation of not having a typical private room, warm bed and etc. If that is what you're looking for look some where else. This isn't a bells and whistles kind of place. This is a more budget friendly massage spot. I decided to do the 60 minute foot reflexology and for most places with foot reflexology they work primarily on your feet and do a little bit of massaging on every other part of your body. I would say 35-40 minutes my massage was primarily on my feet/legs. They have reasonable prices if you do want a full body massage. See picture for prices. The downfall is that it's not private and you are along side four other beds. If you do a full body you would get a private room. The foot reflexology beds are at the front near the cashier and is blocked off my privacy screens. You can hear people come in and out. They also have to get the hot towel to wipe you down from the back since they don't have it nearby. I've come here a few times and they do stop to do things often and talk/whisper to their coworkers. They charge $2 if you use your card for payment. Overall...yes I would come here if I don't want to pay for a fancy massage. Sometimes I just need a quick and cheap massage. When I mimed that out he knew exactly what to do. I told him it was ok to massage deeply and he sure did! I signed up for 60 minutes but ended up extended to 90 minutes. Amazing. Amazing. I hadn't gotten a massage for over a year. I walked in and got Kevin who did a thorough, safe, pain and injury aware massage. He worked tension out in spots I had no idea I held it. The speed with which he diagnosed trigger points, adapted to my pain threshold, and made my body feel better, are incredible. I needed my massage fix for the longest and found out that this place was open again. I was too excited. I called in for an appointment and luckily I was the only one there when I arrived. I chose to get the $30 for 60 minutes foot reflexology + body combo. My massage therapist wore a mask which made me feel comfortable. I kept my mask on the entire time. The only thing that was uncomfortable was when they asked me to flip over and lay on my stomach for the back massage. I barely could breathe with my mask on along with the extra paper towel that I had to lay my face on. To be honest, I'd rather do that than risk myself catching Covid. I just had these WORST massage in a long time. I get massages quite frequently and I decided to try this place. 1. The music us extremely loud, not soothing what's so ever. 2. The masseuse gave me a "lazy elbow" massage for about 30 whole minutes where I had to ask him "is this your ONLY technique?" then he realized what I meant and changed up. 3. I had to tell him multiple times he's doing it too hard. 4. When he was using the wet towel to clean the oil off, he was borderline unprofessional with regard to my inner thighs. 5. He made little sinister giggles as he was doing this. Overall, I almost STOPPED the massage twice to get up and leave. Now my back hurts and I light weight feel violated. Do NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. When they first opened , it was great. They had a routine that they all did , but it was a good routine . We went often. Then we noticed a high employee turnover . It slowly got worse... I think this became an entry level job for Chinese immigrants who quit as soon as they could. They started talk loudly while massaging, eat food, disappear for 5 minutes, in general just be rude. The quality of the massages disintegrated to seeming like no one had training and they just did random stuff on sections of the body for an allotted period until the time was up . The last one was the worst. The guy barely touched me like he had never touched another human and was scared. When he did try to massage ,it was like he was trying to give me rug burn. I actually said: You are terrible . This sucks , please stop. " I got up, put my clothes on and walked out. I've had pro massages at a spa and I know this is not that. I've also paid top dollar at spas and gotten mediocre massages. This was beyond bad . We went to another place and it was the same. I'm not sure what's going on with the business model or what they pay the employees, But no one stays and those working don't care at all about what they do. We booked last minute for an 8pm foot massage and was accommodated even though we called about an hour before coming in. When we came in, it seemed busy and fully booked.
