The intensity of the pressure fluctuated to match the needs of different areas of my body and she performed stretches on my legs, which would have been worth the money alone. The beds are clean and the floors even have that fake bearskin rug so you don't touch anything cold. The tables are heated which is a major plus and when you lay down they drape you in a weighted blanket. The whole thing is super cozy. My masseuse was receptive to the strength level I requested and really worked my hamstrings.
