I accepted and she was extremely delicate and gradual on applying pressure which was really nice. My girlfriend got the Swedish because she has a sensitive back. She was able to adjust pressure and liked the kneading pressure. It was right down the middle for her experience wise. Price: The menu that says 60-70 (a month ago) on here Is old and it's now 70-80. The massages themselves were fine. Mine started off strong during the foot massage with a nice shoulder rub. But my partner said his started off less strong during the foot massage. He also said that much of his body massage entailed massaging a lot of bone but not necessarily tissue, although the person was strong. My body massage was just okay. There was a lot of rubbing and pressure point massages but not necessarily getting out knots. Overall it was just fine and the massages themselves were more like 3 stars. For the price, it is a solid massage place -- $50 for a 70-minute combination massage (30-minute foot and 40-minute body). But it's nothing special.

I really need a LOT of firm, targeted pressure in my shoulder to get the knots out. Chris was an absolute miracle worker. He dug in there and targeted every sore nook and cranny. He told me he uses a mix of sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish. He used his thumbs to apply extra targeted pressure to areas that were driving me insane and knew how everything in my body connected to each other. Not only did he massage my shoulder area but he also targeted my back, glutes, hips, legs, chest, arms and neck all within the hour and 15 minutes. He got more accomplished than my old favorite massage therapist in much less time. I will definitely be returning to visit him and feel so much less tense. I feel limber, healthy, and vibrant.
