Kate is the most professional massage therapist I have met in California. She is communicative the entire time, shows up early and is super nice and accommodating. The massage work is amazing! She specializes in deep tissue therapy work but I felt she could really work on any area with any kind of massage you would be needing. Her overall energy is great and had one of the best hour and half sessions I've ever had. I don't know her personally but felt how much she enjoyed the process of helping my 45 year old abused body feel better. I work out 5 days a week and play sports in the weekends and she helped relieve all the knots and sore spots I create for myself. I've seen Kate a couple times now and she has listened to what I'm needing each time! First she performed a deep tissue massage which I was desperately needing and the next time I saw her I needed relaxation and she did just that! She will include aromatherapy if you want it and I tend to get cold so she will use a heating pad on the bed which feels amazingly warm and I can truly just relax.
