Well we had a scare the day of the appointment, and I just needed to reschedule or have them work with us somehow. I understand their time is valuable but they showed no mercy, no empathy for us not being able to make the appointment. I could have provided documentation from my doctor even but there only choice was for us to find another pregnant woman to take my spot! I dont leave negative reviews often, but this was terrible business. I was hoping to find a spa I could attend after pregnancy because of my back but this will not be the place for me and I don't recommend for anyone else unless you nvr plan on having emergency situations come about. I was excited for my appointment because they talked their services up, including the tables that are specifically made for our pregnant belly's . But honestly none of that matters if you don't care about your customers.

I've been to Paradise three times as it is near my job. The massages themselves were okay...very lazy. All three. Didn't really feel like a real massage, more like they were just rubbing oil on me. But what upset me the most was that two out of the three times (the 1st and 3rd visit) the masseuse made a sad/disappointed face when I gave her a tip. The first time was for a 60 minute massage and I tipped $15. The third time was for a 90 minute massage and I tipped $20. Not sure what they were expecting for such a lack luster massage with no bells or whistles. So I think I'll pass from now on.

The people working here are Asian and I couldn't hardly understand any English that they said. It was also loud because of street traffic and they were having a bathroom fixed right next to where I was. The best part was is that she said I did not remember to give her a tip. Sherry told us we need to keep getting her haircut every 6 weeks because of the blonde and how damaged her hair gets with sun and chlorine. Sherry also said she should sleep with a silk pillowcase to help prevent her hair grabbing and tangling at night. Then to braid her hair at night. Not to use any other hair ties but scrunchies. Buy moisturizer for her hair and put it in every day in middle and ends doesn't need to be at the top because her hair dries out a lot. Sherry said the cut is much better and will help her hair grow healthier, it won't break as quick if we do all the above. Finally Sherry said to also said before she goes in the pool to spray it down with water to prevent chlorine damage because her hair is so blonde.
