This place is an absolute scam. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year. Every time I requested cancellation, I was told about these accumulated services and the manager would try to have me send them to people/friends so they wouldn't expire. I repeatedly explained that I did not care about the unused massages and simply wanted my membership terminated. In March 2026, I called again after noticing my card was still being charged for services I had already attempted to cancel. Since the charges continued, I ultimately had to contact my bank and block my card to prevent any additional payments from being processed. On July 11, I received another notification that my card had been declined, which means they are still attempting to charge me despite my repeated requests to cancel. When I called again, I was informed that my membership had never actually been canceled--it had only been placed on hold, without my knowledge or consent. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience and reflects extremely poor business practices and customer service. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up for a membership here, as canceling it has been far more difficult than it should ever be. read more

My mom wanted a massage as she had some post-surgery residual pain and wanted some relief. Massageluxe had openings the next day at 5 pm for both of us. I was told we would have a one hour hands on massage. After making the appointments, I was texted a link to complete an intake form. I was also recommended to arrive a few minutes early as it was our first time so that we could fill out more information. I was also recommended to go online for a promo special I could use that was significantly less than the introductory rate of $75 for a one hour massage. The next day, it took us a bit of time to arrive because a 90-year-old doesn't move as fast! We arrived 5 mins after 5 pm. Digital iPad forms took 10 minutes, then I followed my mom's massage therapist to give her info on what my mom's pain points. Then I followed my massage therapist to my room. Since I normally take my clothes off he had to leave the room. He gave me plenty of time to slip between the sheets on the massage table. At 5:25 pm my massage began. He was good, with 11 years experience. My phone interrupted my massage once. Though I turned it off, the 2nd time was my usual 6 pm alarm. At that point my therapist said that he was finished! It was only a 35-minute massage yet I'd prepaid for (2) 1-hour massages! Coming from California, massages there truly are one hour long massages with all the non-hands on time separate from the therapist's time. Truly disappointing to have no warning that our massage would be not one hour as advertised, but padded by the non therapy time. Wish the front desk could have mentioned that as we came in late. However, we tipped well as it was the policy that is questionable, and not the therapist. The venue is very clean, new since 2022, piped in soothing music, warm brown tones, no fragrances or smells, very clean, generous bathrooms. This would have been a 5-star place if not for the massage time cut short by non-massage activities (introductions, taken to a room, undressing, and 5 mins reduction for redressing). This does no service to the talents of the massage therapists either. read more

The massage was great however this place is a scam. We set up for a monthly massage and we decided to cancel it after a few months. We signed documentation to cancel it in person and they have charged my account every month for 6 months. we call every month to remind them and they respond that they have fixed it. I recommend a massage here but don't pay for anything more than that because they are on the brink of being a scam with their subscription service. read more

I tried to discontinue my membership after they increased my monthly fee by $20 or 36%. I have called twice to discontinue & their front desk said they would pass my request onto the mgr/owner. It appears that my request has been ignored as they charged my credit card & I keep getting emails from them about availability. I keep emailing them to stop but I keep getting them!. So I am just going to share my negative experience with them in social media reviews. Keep it up & so will I! read more

The Massage was not good for myself or my daughter. When I asked my therapist if he could give a little bit more attention to my lower back and my sacral area, he told me he'll do it in a minute and did not touch my feet at all. There's other things but I'm not gonna get into it in this review, I love their feeling very agitated, instead of relaxed. The lady that did my daughters massage did not cut her nails,leaving scratches on my daughter. they were late picking me up for my massage and my facial, my time was cut short of both my massage and my facial they did not have robes. I had to take my clothes off and on between services. The owner checked us out and she did not even ask how was your services are if it was more we could do to improve she was quite as a mouse.
