The company was very informative about how the furniture is shipped, step by step, from one location to another. The arrival time was perfect as most other companies have a long delay in arrival time and sometimes even extend it. I was able to pick the day and time I wanted the furniture delivered. If this is not the worst delivery service in the country I'd be surprised. They delivered a table with a very large hole smashed in the bottom. The delivery crew said that they wrapped the table themselves and that it was perfect when it was loaded and that it mush have fallen over. They took it back, evidently repaired the damage themselves (very poorly), and redelivered it three weeks later. While wiping it down I noticed that a large piece of the corner of the marble top had been broken off and glued back in place (very poorly). Now I have an $800 table that is basically junk. I highly recommend avoiding any retailer that uses Massiano Logistics for your final delivery. read more

The delivery service was awful. It took 6 weeks for delivery because the drivers had to be "in my area." We had a service window of 3-6 pm. The day of delivery I called at 4:08 pm and was told that we were next for delivery and that the team was in Annapolis. NOTE: Annapolis is NOT in my area. Annapolis, MD is over an hour from my home. After 5 pm there was no one for me to contact about the delivery. The office was closed. I did send an email but (still) no one has responded. I tracked the delivery (which was NOT in real time). The driver called at 7:57 to say they were 49 minutes away. The delivery never happened until 9:10 pm. UNACCEPTABLE. Over three hours past the window. Your service is appalling. There needs to be a contact for deliveries at off hours. You highlight that you offer deliveries on the weekend but you offer ZERO support for those who have appointments that go outside normal delivery times. WILL NEVER use this service again. I wish I could rate this company with no stars but it's not an option. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. They sent me a notification for a delivery window which I confirmed. Fine. Two hours later, they sent me another one with the delivery window moved a few hours ahead. With work and being from out of town, I couldn't. I called them and told them I would not be able to make it then. I also wrote them an email stating I could make the afternoon delivery I had previously confirmed, but not the morning delivery. Fast forward to the delivery day, and I get a call from the delivery driver saying they're 15 minutes away. Ahead of even the early delivery window I did NOT confirm. I couldn't be there. They said they wouldn't charge for re delivery fees, but then I get a call and lecture from Coleman Furniture saying I would be charged. It's a disgusting experience. When a delivery time is confirmed, stick with it! People have work. read more

The company I bought my couch from stated in their delivery policy that they would deliver the couch (that weighs over 200 pounds) to my door. I live on the third floor of an apartment building and the delivery driver left the couch on the first floor. Even though there were two guys who dropped the couch parts off, he stated he wasn't paid enough to bring it to my door on the third floor... Don't use a company that doesn't pay their delivery drivers enough to do a proper job. read more

This is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. I purchased a mattress from Saatva - a premium mattress and amazing service in the store. I ended up cancelling my purchase because of these bozos. Their text messages are relentless and if you say you cant accept a date they just keep texting you over and over with the same dang date! Emails are exactly the same useless communication. You can't get them on the phone without holding for over 30 min or sometimes they no don't answer at all. They NEVER call back. They don't deliver on Saturdays which is hard for M-F working folks. I will forever ask when I make a purchase who is their delivery company because if its this company I will not purchase there no matter how much I want or love the item. read more

Massiano provides sales PREvention for the companies it "services". Almost impossible to get them on the phone and you can't leave a voice mail, which they probably wouldn't reply to anyway. They're keeping our new chairs for 17 days before they can deliver them and, having read other reviews, I'm very concerned we won't get them then either. We paid for white glove service and realize it's not worth it. We bought the chairs from Zuri furniture in Dallas and are trying to get them to have someone else pick up the chairs from Massiano and deliver them to us.
