They will waste your time, your money, and your patience. The staff acts like they're doing you a favor just by acknowledging you, when in reality they can't be bothered to lift a finger unless it's to run your card. My "repair" took weeks longer than promised, cost way more than quoted, and the car came back with NEW problems it didn't have before. When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. The shop itself is a mess--looks like no one there has cared in years. Phones go unanswered, no one knows what's going on, and accountability is nonexistent. I wouldn't trust these people to check tire pressure, let alone touch a transmission. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else. Hopefully this shop can serve the city better when it gets turned into a parking lot.

After paying them $2600 to fix transmission, not long after that Transmission fluid started to…read moreleak, Seal was broken and they fixed that..After driving 30 miles after the seal was fixed the Car had a bad rattling noise and something else was leaking. Tony said that the steering rack was cracked, The Rack and pinion.. Which his actually next to the Trans. My son would have had to run over sidewalks at that MANY to crack that and his rims would be bent. THEY broke this PART which is another $2000 to fix!!!!!!! Tony kept blaming my son, I wish he just be truthful and admit they BROKE it.. He even told me I should get my son a truck since he drives recklessly!! Are you kidding me? He told me he can leave the care up to show me the crack.. My husband called and spoke with him. Told him we were deciding what to do.. Decided to have a Town truck come and get the car and have a Mechanic that Runs a local Tire and auto place look at it. Well, once I told Tony I was having someone Come get the car he said I had to sign papers and pay him $125.00 because they did a diagnostic on it.. And here is the big thing.. HE had the CAR apart when I never authorized him to take the car apart! Once we had it at the other shop they were able to see the crack without taking the car apart.. Why was the car apart? Just DON"T take your Car here! My son now has to finance a new car because of this.. Can't get much for the car Tony fixed because of the new problem! NOT fun..
