Wow. This place IS shady on the pricing, as some of the other reviewers have stated. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted time taking my vehicle to their new location on Moreland Avenue near the Drive-In. Luckily I had already investigated this problem to know enough that their price of $731 (part and labor) was way too much. I did not use their services, but I ended up replacing the part myself in 30 minutes after doing some more research and looking at some videos, the part was $100 online. So far the check engine light has not come back on and I have to conclude that the problem was solved. Horrible service and customer service...Do not use this service. I am a retired veteran of 24 years Army and this is the worst place I have encountered when it comes to customer service and over priced labor. I visited this shop to have new tires put on a yamaha roadstar motorcycle. I purchased the tires myself from another location and also requested for brake flush and oil change. Total price was $1100. $420 to put on a rear tire and $300 to put on a front tire and the rest was for the other items being fixed. After their rep called with the price, i was hesitant but gave them the green light to proceed. Within 1 to 2 hours i had spoken with Freedom motorsports "licensed yamaha dealer" of Mcdonough and they informed me that they charge $161 to change both wheels. I immediately contacted the rep at the shop to halt services and she said they had already taken the wheel off. I explained the situation and she said she would see what she could do to modify the price. i took her for her word or i would have stopped all other services and stop it there. i never had expectation for them to price match but have some consideration. $600 versus $160 is a giant labor fee difference. We had miscommunication as to when the vehicle would be ready as i had to have someone drop me off and it was pure attitude from when i walked in the door as like what am I doing there. I requested price quotes for additional items that i never received. I politely asked would there be any modification of the tire mount from previous conversation and her response was our original quote stands and it is what is is. I was was taken back like wow. I informed her i wasnt pleased with the decision made without any consideration and i would be doing a review on this shop. Her response with attitude was "everyone has a right to their opinion and our prices may be high but we have quality work."..I paid their over priced labor fees but I guarantee I will never use their services again. Please do not use this shop for any of your services. They are ripping you off and they are way over priced. You will have a better..If I could post a zero star. that would be my rating. Friendly staff and great mechanics who are able to diagnose and repair most vehicles (including BMWs, although it is not advertised). The location has ample parking and they have a very secure gate surrounding the property; there is also a big breed dog on the property presumably unfriendly to trespassers. This business could improve in the areas of communication to paying customers and repair turn-around time. Expect to pay a portion (i.e. parts) of the estimated repair total prior to any work being done, which can prolong the repair process. read more

Went in for an emissions test-- very efficient. I also asked if they'd give me and estimate to reattach the side of the front and back bumpers- both loose from minor bumps. The mechanic went ahead and did the work and only charged me $10. Fantastic customer service! read more

Do not take your car to this dude. I took my car to have my bumper replaced and spoke to the mechanic who assured me that it can be done and he would have it ready in less than one week. Every time they called me there was an additional price. It got so bad I told them never mind painting the spoiler. Three weeks later still no bumper and the provided me with nothing but lies. One call they told me that the paint had to dry. The next couple of days they told me they had to put another coat of paint on my bumper. The straw that broke the camels back was my last call they told me that the bumper they have is the wrong bumper and they have to reorder my bumper. They lied the entire time and did not even order my bumper. Then I finally lost all patience and told them never mind give me my money and I will take my car once I requested my money they told me I had to pay a restocking fee of 20 percent. I lost it.
