Tyler does a great job with doing what is needed and it's done at a fair price. Wouldn't trust anyone else.

I've been a loyal customer of Burt Brothers Sandy for about 9 years, but this experience has…read morecompletely changed my trust in them. My car was serviced there in February, May, and June, and I understood my brakes were being checked. Most recently, I was told in June that my brakes looked fine with no concerns. Now it's August, and after developing grinding and squealing, I brought it back and was told BOTH front brake pads are worn down to metal and both rotors need to be replaced. When I questioned how I went from "brakes are fine" to metal-on-metal in two months, manager Emilio pulled my previous paperwork and there was no documentation that my brakes had been inspected. Another employee then stated that it is company policy to inspect the brakes whenever the wheels are removed. This is especially concerning because I drive for Lyft and regularly have passengers and my children in my vehicle--I relied on what I was told about the safety of my brakes. I offered what I thought was a fair compromise: Burt Brothers cover the brakes and I would pay for the rotors. Emilio initially refused, saying it wasn't his fault the inspection wasn't documented. Hours later, he texted saying he spoke with the district manager and would "cover the cost of the brakes," yet my approximately $605 quote only dropped to $538.25. After 9 years as a loyal customer, being told my brakes were fine, finding there's no documentation of the required inspection, and then being faced with brakes worn to metal and damaged rotors has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the service I've trusted for years.
