They got me in quick after a flat tire was shown, they repair the tire for free if it's an easy patch. Which is nice! However, the previous discount tire tech must've not repaired it very well, and so my tire went flat again, this location claimed that I had another puncture in the exact same spot as the previous patch, which would require a new tire replacement. Not happy that they're supposedly an exact same puncture in the patched area that a discount tire tech did for me the previous day. Another shop we can trust for wheel and tire changes. Tory and the crew here at the Discount Tire in Draper did a fantastic job changing the tires of my '18 Porsche 911 GT3. There is a specific procedure to changing the center lock wheels, and Tory did exceptionally well. I'm recommending this Discount Tire, and Tory and team, to the Porsche community, and really, any performance car that requires a specific way to change the wheels. I went in for one tire that was almost shredded (happened on the fwy ) and having to already have to pinch my pennies he found that another tire was also beginning to shred apart‍ I was extremely stressed and didn't know how I would be able to afford the service and labor but he talked me through multiple options which helped me feel soo much better. WRONG SIZE ON ONE OF THE TIRES... WTH?! Well here goes my story about this place... Came here to get new tires for our truck, we first dealt with Neil and he was way awesome! He knows his stuff, that's for sure, super professional. Two days after, we decided to come back to exchange the tires for a bigger size. Which means we will pay more, Discount Tire has 30 Day refund/exchange policy. Yes, I checked their website and confirmed it. We called them looking for Neil but it was his day off, it was a Monday. So Brandon offered to help. He said to just come in and they will take care of it. We worked with I believe his name was "Reagan". Wow. This dude was tactless and beyond unprofessional and sarcastic making unnecessary comments as if we were close friends. This is Reagan for you, whatever his name is but I am sure the staff here knows who I am referring to as the uber sarcastic guy: "So you want to get bigger tires because you want to make sure they rub on your truck" "I guess we will see you again in two days because you'll want to exchange your tires for something different" The comments were okay, just thinking this guy is too immature to even get any of my attention. Now you're wondering so why 1 star? Well aside from him unnecessary comments, he freaking put the wrong size of the tire on the front/driver side so yes we had to drive here again and have them fix it. Worst- they did NOT APOLOGIZE. Great service, although may be slower on a busy day. Chose Discount as we travel out of state often and they have stores, like America's Tire, in other states so any tire issue can be easily fixed. They didn't have the tire brand in stock that I initially wanted, but were willing to get it in, but not that day. I instead opted for the in-stock Coopers, and they are doing fine. Had a problem with one of my TPMS the next day causing a slow leak, went back in and they got the issue fixed in short time. Very happy customer. read more

So my friend and I go into this place... Hang on, let me start at the beginning. A week ago my friend orders tires online with this Discount Tire. He gets an appointment, and we show up with a tow truck and his truck on the day at the correct time. We walk in. Get to the counter. My dude gives his name. The guy behind the counter looks us dead in the face and says, "we don't know where your tires are." I laughed. Because, who tf says that in real life. Maybe try finding the tires. And if you can't, offer us something. But no. He called a manager, to whom my friend asks, where tf are my tires. The manger looks us dead in the face, shrugs his shoulders and says... "I don't know." LOL Wtf is wrong with the staff here. How little do you have to get paid to tell someone "I don't know"? Even for a minimum wage job that's a pretty unacceptable answer. Anyway, after 40 min, (no exaggeration) they offer to give my boy a different set of tires that's "a little more expensive" but they paid the difference. Word of advise, maybe lead with that instead of "I don't know" which is the literal worst thing a human getting paid do a job can say. read more

I called the previous day at around 5:00, so that was nice they got it in the next day. 2. Tire mounting only took about 25 minutes. In and out, on the car within 25 minutes. Don't trust the website to book your appointment. Even if the page says appointment confirmed, if you don't get a confirmation email you don't exist. Waited in line for 15 minutes to check in only to be informed I don't have an appointment and it would be 2 hours to rotate tires... My actual job is in marketing building forms for landing pages so user error seems unlikely. Do better, fix your website. read more

I've been back to this store three times in three weeks for three sets of tires (for my wife's Kia Sedona, my Mazdaspeed 6, and my son's Focus sedan), and all three times I've received great service and pricing from the staff there. Special thanks to Billy D, Jost, and Brock who assisted me with all three purchases. These guys hustle and know their stuff, but as always, it pays to go in to the store armed with what you are looking for. Regardless, they'll review the available tires for your car (or tire size), and have the patience to review what each tire looks like. Continued great service and I will absolutely be back in 4-5 years for new tires for these three cars and my '96 Bronco! My only feedback is that they did not discuss with me the hub-centering rings for my Mazdaspeed, nor did they offer to upgrade the valve stems on that same car (car is not equipped with TPMS.) Nice pleasant experience I walked in early on Saturday morning and was served right away. I came in to change to winter tires. Overall process took about an hour, during which I mostly spent grocery shopping in the nearby Smith's. Service was friendly and pricing was competitive. I normally am impressed with the service here. But not today! I had a slow leak that needed repairing, I had come in twice hoping to get in and it was busy so I decided to make an appointment. When I showed up five minutes early for my appointment, they told me it was an hour to an hour and a half before I would get in,And then it was a 25 minute appointment. I asked him why I couldn't get in at my appointment time and they said there was another car in the bay they had to wait to get out. I asked him again why I could not get in at my appointment time and they said there was another car in the bed we had to wait to get out. They didn't get that I had an appointment and my time was valuable too. Extremely frustrated with not being able to get in for a simple slow leak repair, I would rather pay to get my tire fixed than to wait an hour and a half for a free tire repair. This was my first time at a discount tire. Salesman (Nicholas) was nice and it took a few hours but that's expected on a Saturday. However after leaving I noticed a 4in gash in the paint down below by the passenger back tire. Also, Nicholas also did not ask if I wanted the $18/tire certificates of refund/replacement, which is literally a scam. It doesn't cover anything and the salesmen are supposed to ask, but he just tacked it on without me noticing and went through the checkout process really fast. I was not happy to get home and find out I paid an extra $72 for a scam "refund" policy. DOUBLE CHECK they haven't added this before checking out! I would never go back to discount. read more

We purchased a set of Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires for our vehicle. We had spent hours researching tires but decided to go with these because of the rebates offered by Discount Tire. This is the second set of tires we have purchased at this location and the first review we have left. Both times the staff have been extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Phillip did a wonderful job of answering our questions and keeping in contact with us. One of our TPMS sensors was bad and it was replaced at no extra charge.
