To start off, Brent is a joke. I took my vehicle to Service King in Midvale due to a collision caused by Allstate's client, and Service King is on Allstate's approved list, and since Service King is a body shop, they sent my vehicle to Master Muffler's. The vehicle's issue is a shaking steering column, a.k.a. death wobble for jeep wranglers. The collision happened in Denver and caused damage to my right front passenger tire, in which the first time Brent checked it over, he performed an alignment and wheel balance, when I had two previous alignment done already and knew it wasn't an alignment issue. Brent, having his 33 years of experience (oh boy, was he proud to tell me that), did what he called a 'collision damage check', not sure what good stuff he's doing over there, but this is the first time that I've heard an auto shop not doing a complete check for a vehicle after a car incident. Anyways, I picked up the car, and the issue still existed. My second time going to Service King, and I'm not happy that I have to go back, SK sent the car to MM, and Brent said, and I quote 'yeah we found issue on your right front tire due to wear and tear', in which I asked 'so wear and tear only occurs on the tire and wheel that was hit during a collision and not on any of the other wheels'? In which Brent replied 'well in my 33 years of experience, that's what I can tell you'. Wow, I worked at Discount tire back in college and I told him that my time at DT is worth more than his 33 years of giving false advice. TL;DR: Brent is a joke, don't trust these guys. Wouldn't trust them to walk my dog. Editing due to google reply from the owner accusing me of trying to have them to commit insurance fraud, bunch of clowns. Edit, reply to the owner's reply: You didn't even do a full inspection for the vehicle, so don't tell me that you know it's from wear and tear. Also, nobody asked you to lie to the insurance company, so don't twist my words. Your shop failed to do a proper inspection the first time, then found more issues the second time, due to wear and tear? If you did a full inspection, why didn't find any wear and tear issues on the other front tire and wheel? I don't trust your shop to do any more work/ potentially further damage my vehicle. I also attached pictures of the work that you've done. Nowhere does it say that a full vehicle inspection was done to find any collision damage, and blaming 'out of spec' because it's a lifted jeep is the dumbest reason I've heard as I've had no problems with the lift kit up until the incident. I don't think your shop is qualified to even do jobs like this. But thank for tightening my rear shock, I'm sure that would have fixed my steering. Don't reply with lies, this reply just made you look bad.

You don't need to schedule an appointment, you can walk right in and let them know and they will fix it. They will fix nails for free and give you a quote for new tires. The people that work there are so nice. It's also kind of cool that you can sit and watch them fix your car. They have a clear window from the shop to the customer service area. Free whatever bottles while you wait and waiting area is clean.

Called this particular Discount Tire. Cause it was close to my house. The salesman was courteous and helpful. It all stated I woke up to go to work. Noticed my driver side tie was flat. On the opposite side was the spare tire. Had been driving on the spare for 2 weeks. So initially I could not go to work. As stated previously, I had called around eventually contacted this particular Discount Tire. So ran the passenger side tire to replace it so I could bring the car back to get the rest of the tires. So they was slated to close up at 1 pm. It was 12 pm. Bought tires at a reasonable price! I might add. Raced home with one tire put it on. Race back thinking they would have closed up shop as I left at 12:35 pm or so. Raced back with staff waiting for me to arrive. Cory the storemanager a few staff members got me my way quickly and professionally. If you are in need of tires and great customer service! Call Cory and the guys at Discount tire in West Jordan off 7800 South just east of 5600 West. You won't regret it!

I have been dreading going to get my oil changed and tires rotated because it's always an ordeal…read moreand takes up a lot of my time. We only have 1 car for my household, so when it is having work done on it we are trapped for the time being. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 Thursday morning. I arrived at about 10:36 and all of the associates were busy so I waited and then when I was called over I checked in and gave them my keys. I was offered a free alignment check at this time and I accepted. I did let them know I had to stay and wait for it, but was not given an estimated time frame for it to be completed. There were a few people upstairs waiting as well, a woman who was there before me said aloud that she had been waiting for over 2 hours for a tire repair. She said that it usually goes quicker if you have an appointment, but that was not my experience. I waited for about 1 hour and 45 minutes before I went to ask how much longer I should expect and the associate who helped me previously said he would go check, it took some time as I guess it was all the way across the building, but he came back and said the rotation and the oil change were done, but they needed to lift it up to do the alignment check, which I was fine with until I asked how much longer that would take and he said 'oh not much longer, maybe 45 minutes' and I replied 'pass' because I was not spending that time for something I didn't even ask for or need. (I'm sure it's like a sales pitch thing to check the alignment for free so they can tell you it's off so they can charge $75+ to fix it) Anyway, so he said he would tell the guys in the back that. About 10 minutes later he comes looking for me. I pay the amount and he slides a car key that is not mine across the desk. I let him know that is not my key..... so then he had to figure out where my real car is at. He was quite flustered by this point. Another associate who was on the phone said to go around doing a whole refund and waiting days for the amount to be issued back, just to keep my payment for Becky's car and have Becky pay for mine. They had to type in some coupon codes or whatever to make them the same price. And ultimately I don't mind that because it was for the same price, but it just was handled a little bit unprofessionally and made me less confident in the establishment and how they handle things in general. Then when I saw my car pulled up outside and the key was handed off to the front desk guys I walked up and waited patiently because they were both talking on the phone. My key and the plastic folder thing with the paperwork were temporarily misplaced because of inadequate multitasking. I wanted and needed to get out of there. You can see and hear that they are busy, but something is up. I don't know if they need more workers in general, or just need to re-work the organization and flow of the work. The warranty on the tires was/is nice and the free tire rotations, but ultimately the amount of stress and wasted time to have regular maintenance done is really pushing me to not purchase any more tires from Big O. And I surely won't ever be back for an oil change. (Other places do them in 15-30 minutes) I have had 1 good experience and several (3-4) not great experiences in about a 3ish year time period so do with that information as you will.

The price the dealership wanted seemed completely outrageous so I took it to BigO. I'm so grateful for their honesty apparently there was nothing wrong with my brakes, Romero said I had 8-10,000 miles left on them and recommended that I wait. They could have easily told me they needed replacement and I would have believed them. if you are looking for an awesome place to get car repairs done I highly recommend this location. It's so rare these days to find someplace this trustworthy who doesn't try to take advantage of women. I can't thank them enough.
