A little backstory, my truck blew last year around july. i'm heavily knowledgeable when it comes to anything mechanical. i rebuilt the truck from the ground up, with modified high horsepower parts. It hasn't ran at all since then, obviously because i've been rebuilding it. tried starting it, and it was throwing electrical codes, and it's a crank no start. at this point im just looking for a second opinion. so we towed my truck to this place to get it looked at, ONLY needed the electrical stuff checked. before the truck got there, i called them, expecting them to ask a few questions atleast, but all they asked was the model of the truck and what was wrong. day or so goes by, i call for an update and they say they would've rejected me if they knew what was done to the truck, (but they didn't ask any questions??) and that they had no idea what they're looking at. the owner was a nice guy, good attitude, but the mechanic who was looking at my truck? terrible attitude. questioning me, and testing my knowledge on MY OWN TRUCK. considering i took the entire motor apart and put it back together with my own bare hands, im pretty sure i know what im talking about. moral of the story, if you have a modified vehicle or anything aftermarket at that, do not go here. read more

I came into the garage. I put a sensor into my GTI. Had them try to figure out what was wrong with it. All they did is reset the computer and charge me $200 they did nothing to fix it. Bad review. read more

I have had The Garage to do auto repair on my cars for 2 to 3 years. I have spent more than 3 thousand dollars over this time period and have been happy with their work, until Friday (2/14/2025). There was an unfortunate situation where two different shops (The Garage and another local shop) did work on my car and there was still a problem and it was unclear to me which shop was responsible. Combined I spent over $1500 dollars for parts and repairs. Both shops believed it was the other shop's problem. After going back and forth to both shops, I asked the manager of the other shop to accompany me to The Garage so we could collectively brainstorm the situation and come up with a remedy. From the outset, Mark, the owner of The Garage, acted superior and was very defensive and confrontational. The conversations were heated. The other shop manager remained positive seeking a solution for me, the customer, in spite of Mark's behavior. Mark asked me and the other shop manager to leave in an angry way and commanded his employee Zach to stop speaking with us. I question Mark's commitment to customer satisfaction. Lovely people, great communication, solved the problem within a day and very fair in their price. I called in the morning had Vehicle delivered shortly afterward with other vehicles ahead of mine and they had my truck issue solved and fixed before closing time! For great price too! I got a same day appointment last week to run a pre-purchase inspection on a used car that I wanted to buy from a dealer nearby. I was in and out within an hour. The technician was very thorough and even gave me detailed results of the inspection. The car looks great on the outside but was told it had a lot of issues. Saved me from making a big mistake. I went back today and brought another car to check. This time I was told that the car is in good shape except for minor cosmetic issues. I was very pleased and amazed with this small auto shop. They are honest and they didn't even charge me for the second inspection. The cost for this service is half of what a car dealer will charge me. read more

I was looking for a shop to give my 97 Subaru Outback its 60,000 (not a typo, the miles are really that low) mile maintenance service and after checking prices with the Subaru dealer I decided to look elsewhere. My friend told me about Garage Inc. after he had his Acura 30,000 service there. They won't make you get unnecessary services and are priced fair. Even though my Subaru is low miles, it is still pretty old and I understood that some parts needed to be replaced. I got a new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs and wires, rear deferential service, and even a brake light. It still hit my wallet hard, but nearly has hard as the Subaru dealer or other local shops. The kicker: A few days after I drove my Subaru back from the shop, coolant started spraying everywhere. I thought something wasn't clamped down properly or a bolt was tightened enough so I had Geico tow it to their shop. It turned out one of the radiator hoses cracked and they replaced it free of charge. These guys are pretty cool and won't try to take you for a ride. I will be brining my vehicles here for future service and repair. read more

I was looking for a auto repair garage for my Son who is going to college at the UofU and called The Garage for a quote to have a thermostat replaced (we already had the part). They quoted me $94 with coolant on the phone. I said great, see you in a couple days or so. I let me son know and he takes his Jeep Liberty over to have the thermostat replaced and leaves it. They call when it's done and say the cost is going to be $194.00 because they had to replace the thermostat housing (a $10-$20 part). They did not call to ask if he wanted the part replaced or not. They just replaced the part and charged way to much for it at the same time. No Vaseline! I will not be going back to The Garage! read more

I followed Mark right over to Garage Inc as well, with Cody and Mark running the show, it truly is nice and comforting knowing you have guys that are honest and do excellent work!
