Unfortunately, they didn't have the tire in stock at that location--but Brandon went above and beyond. Before closing on New Year's Eve, he personally drove to another Discount Tire location (VanDyke), picked up the tire himself, brought it back, and installed it so my vehicle wouldn't be down. That level of dedication and customer service is rare these days. I truly can't explain how much I appreciated the effort, especially on a holiday. I simply asked why not? He claimed a truck was going to show up "any minute" to pick up used tires. Then he said I can ask the guys up front. I said don't worry about it and as I pulled out of the driveway, he screams have a nice day... I went and talked to someone inside the office and he looked at me weird when I said the guy said he wouldn't fill up the tire. And said to bring it back around. I do that, another guy walks up, proceeds to excuse the other employee and comes up with some BS any their compressor can't fill up my tire and that I need an appointment for them to look at the tire. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

I was coming from Canada to get my tires/rims installed and even though they were short staffed that day, they fit me in promptly! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and also entertaining. They educated me a lot about the tires/rims and all the parts (lugs, etc.) Don't be turned off by this center being in a slightly sketchy part of town - they do a fantastic job with amazing prices.
