The person who answered the phone handled it very poorly. Instead of listening, she started counting how many times I've been there and pointing out that I'm a "long-term customer," as if that determined whether my feedback mattered. She then offered to re-clean the sweater, but I had already said that wasn't what I was looking for -- I just wanted to share feedback so it wouldn't happen again. The conversation felt dismissive and oddly defensive, and it made me feel like my concern wasn't taken seriously. For a business that depends on repeat customers, the way feedback is received matters just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of professionalism and basic customer care.
