Need a local cleaner so gave them a try. I have now used them twice. My shirts have come back clean and nicely pressed. I think they may be a bit high in price but not sure. I recently moved to the Salinas area from Southern California and am looking for new service providers for everything. I chose this dry cleaner primarily for location as it's close to my home and I am so disappointed. I use dry cleaners on a regular basis and I have never had my clothes come back with a foul odor. My husband's suits (two of them), dress shirts, and two blouses of mine all came back smelling like dirty water. I'm not sure why that would be the case, but it was awful. I paid over $75 for the service and have to say, that seems pricey but I would not have minded if the clothes came back smelling clean rather than smelling so badly. I will need to find another place as I'm not willing to try again. I would not recommend using this dry cleaner. read more

I've had clothing mended here as well as dry cleaned. They are on the pricier side, but their work is very good and are punctual. Service is ok. They don't really greet you or are attentive, but I'm not really there to chat, just to drop off clothes, so I don't really mind. read more

A while back, when I received my cashmere sweater, it apeared it was washed with another garment that may have had sequins/rhinestones/or something that caused multiple threads to catch and snag the fabric. If you can imagine what your delicate piece of clothing would look like if you threw it in the dryer with a piece of clothing that has a number of plastic or metal decorations on it... I had some tailoring done, and it turned out quite well. I don't know who the tailor is, but he or she does a pretty good job. The owner never says "hi" to you when you walk in, and his actions are just rude. When I do say "hi" to him, he does not respond, takes my ticket, gets my clothes, and tells me how much I need to pay him. One time, I brought a bag of clothes (to be dry cleaned) and started sorting them out on the counter. I noticed one piece, which was new, still had the price tag on. The owner approached the counter and began sorting through the clothes. I held the new garment in my hands and tried to detach the price tag. The owner quickly reached out to grab it from my hands without saying anything. I pulled it back and explained I needed to take the tag off. My recent visit was horrible. I paid cash for my dry cleaning order, and I asked for a receipt. The owner refused to give me a receipt for the cash transaction and then he went on a tirade about how I am the only customer who asks for a receipt and that none of his "other customers" ask for receipts. As a paying customer, I don't need to be yelled at and then insulted. I will not be bringing my business to this store again. read more

I called this past Saturday at 10am to get pricing on men's dress pants hemming. Lady that answered was nice and gave me pricing over the phone. I dropped off the pants at 1030am and they were ready for pick up before promised time on the same day! Excellent work and service! The owners of this place fail to offer even the slightest in the way of a pleasant "Hello" when a person enters their store. I've been in this store a few times, and each time I say "Hi" to the owners, they don't offer any form of greeting. Today was the last straw. This place is a joke. I used to bring my comforters here all the time in the past with little to no problems. However, I brought in a new comforter last week to which they said it'd be ready on Saturday by noon. I go in Monday, & they said it was not ready because it had gotten twisted, & to come back. So I went back in today, was charged $35.95 only to come home to find that the comforter is still crinkled & doesn't even lay flat anymore. The clumps of material within the comforter are all clumped up together; it's an absolute mess! I paid a lot for my comforter set & only brought it to the cleaners this one time & it's ruined! I'm on my way back to the cleaners now to see if they're able to refund me my money. ** Update: He refused to give me a refund, but said that he would try to "fix it" before Thursday free of charge. He also mentioned that the style of comforter I have is difficult to wash when compared to others... yet neglected to tell me such when I dropped it off. We'll see what Thursday brings. ** Final Update: The comforter isn't AS bad, but I'm still going to have to replace it as it's lumpy & doesn't lay flat. At least the crinkles are out. Way too expensive! No matter how many times I told the man at the register I did not need the shirts dry cleaned (dry cleaning is $5/shirt compared to less than half for laundered) but only laundered, I was charged full price and told they were dry cleaned. I will not be back. $140 with 15 shirts being charged at $5 each amongst other things! Never again! read more

After having enough time to process my coach purse being ruined and going to other cleaners, I have decided that the previous service was unacceptable and terrible. If I could give no stars I would. I went Wednesday to drop off my romper and the lady said to return on Friday. Friday comes and my boyfriend goes to pick up my item and a man tells him that there is nothing. My romper is not there. My boyfriend said the man threw the ticket in the trash can. Walking in here business was the worse experience ever I would never in my life think about going there again. They mast up my purse and still charged me a lot for messing it up. When I called the owner to let him know what had happen he pretend he didn't understand what I was talking about. I know he speaks English perfectly good to understand what I was talking about. Totally agree with Tee J's comments. The owners do not seem to appreciate their customers' business and rude too. In addition, they are overprice too. I dry cleaned a dress with a slip, and they charged me for 2 pieces of $8 each without letting me know ahead of time. When I told the owner that the slip is part of the dress, he didn't even answer and just turn away. I will not take my dry clean to this store even again. This is the last straw for me. read more

I try to give my business to the small business owners but after the third time with this cleaners I will NEVER go back. They ruined one of my cashmere sweaters, hemmed a jacket where the sleeves are so short I had to give it away and the third time he ruined one of my husbands shirts. They are pricy, you cannot understand them and their customer service is a BIG FAT ZERO! It is worth the drive into South Salinas where there are better more affordable cleaners where their work is great, customer service great the employees are great. The customer service at this place is terrible. I went in about two weeks ago to get my rank and name tape sown onto my hat (I'm in the military). I specifically told the owner that I needed the Velcro strip on the back of the hat removed and my name tape sown on in its place twice and he said he understood. When I went back last week I handed him my card and he handed me back the hat. I was inspecting the hat while he ran my card and saw that instead of doing what I had asked, he had sown the other side of a strip of Velcro to the name tape and stuck it to the hat. I told him that he didn't do it right and he gave me this huff like it was my fault that he didn't do it right. He said he would fix it and I could pick it up in one week. He also tried to charge me for the Velcro he used so I asked for that four dollars to be refunded, which he said he would give me when I picked the hat up. I picked it up just a little while ago and instead of giving me the refund promised he charged me three dollars to take the Velcro strip off the hat and only gave me one dollar back. This guy is rude and dishonest. Do not do business with this man read more
