Then they vented the refrigerant into the atmosphere (see video) and quoted me $16,000-$24,000 for a replacement system. The next day, a reputable company found the real issue was actually minor, and none of those components were bad. However, because ACE had already vented the refrigerant, and my system used an older type, I ended up having to replace it anyway. The more reputable company replaced the entire system--unit, air handler, everything--for just over $10,000--about *HALF* of ACE's quote. Bottom line: ACE Solves It All turned a simple fix into a full replacement and quoted double the price. Their efforts to make a sale cost me more than $10,000. Think very, very carefully before letting them touch your HVAC system.

They are by far the nicest people ever. I have used them numerous times over the past 3 years and I will continue to use them for all of my air conditioning needs. When one of the hurricanes was coming through, I had saw on Facebook that they were offering complimentary visits to come see if your air conditioning units were properly strapped down- after that post I called them up, because let's face it I know NOTHING about air conditionings. Mine was fine. Thankfully. Recently, literally like 3 weeks ago.. our house was getting warmer by the hour, my husband thought I was hallucinating... men... when our temperature inside climbed from 71 to 78 in the matter of 3 hours I knew something was up. A quick trip online filing out a request form & then a phone call from the owner who is locally known and he gave us suggestions what to do over the phone till the next morning. Fast forward to the next day and another worker had came out and he fixed our air conditioning, it was under $100. My honest opinion is they are a great company, honest, reliable and very affordable.

We were initially quoted over $3,700 for the work to replace our condenser coil. The coil was under…read morewarranty with Trane. We had to pay for the labor. After discussing it further, the price was reduced to $2,658--a difference of more than $1,000. While I appreciate the lower price, it makes me question why we weren't given the fairer price from the start. Transparency and consistency in pricing are important, and this experience has unfortunately affected my trust and confidence in this company. We hired another company and paid around $1,500 for the exact same work. Very disappointed in Osceola Air.

Avoid Graham A/C at all costs…read more We were loyal customers for years, but this last experience was outrageous. Graham contacted us to schedule routine maintenance (we didn't even request it). During that visit, their new, inexperienced technician caused our A/C to stop working completely. The unit had been working perfectly until he touched it. It was 94°F in our Florida home. We got sick from the heat, and our dog vomited multiple times. Their manager Michael gave us a small portable unit that barely helped. When Michael came out on Monday, he said the compressor had burned out and we'd need either a refrigerant conversion or a new unit. At first, he offered us a new unit for $7,000. Then, after a long call with his boss Jeremy, the price suddenly jumped to nearly $12,000. When we refused, Graham spent days arguing with us and insisting it wasn't their fault. They kept saying the unit "was too old" and that it was "impossible" their technician caused the damage--even though technician-caused issues are very common. That argument is unfair. The A/C was working just fine until their tech arrived. Eventually, they said they'd replace the compressor for free--but admitted it still wouldn't work unless we paid $7,000 for a conversion. They knowingly installed a useless compressor, left us with no A/C for 11 days, and tried to push the $7,000-$12,000 cost onto us. Totally dishonest and irresponsible. Graham broke our A/C, denied responsibility, and abandoned us in dangerous heat. Do not trust this company.

The CS rep said they had issues with the system and would call me back in 10 minutes. 3.5 hours later; they called me back to say that they did check out the pump during the January system install and they didn't see an issue so they didn't replace it and didn't think it was necessary to call it out to us. So no, there was no offer to pay for the fees from the other company that helped us out when they couldn't. They didn't have anything to say or offer for our ceiling drywall damage from the flood, but hey- they did offer another free year of their comfort club membership. I declined based on the fact that we are current members and it didn't do us a whole lot of good this weekend. Clearly we made a poor choice trusting Graham Heating and Air. We got a copy of our warranty (they they had not previously provided) and will be sharing this with our new company who stands behind their work.
