It took them 3 weeks to draft a proposal after reaching out to them multiple times asking for the estimate. They finally sent us the estimate and wanted to charge us $30,000 with no itemized paperwork or brand name of units. In good faith we spent 4 weeks with only one running unit. They never came back to service the one unit. Never answered our questions and expected us to agree to basically a blank estimate. My answer is NO THANKS!!!!

They said the fan was bad and I had no other choice. Brian, however, was able to determine the line was blocked. He flushed out the system and had my home cool again in no time. We depend on our A/C in Florida. I need to trust the person working on my unit isn't going to try to make a quick buck by rebuilding it part by part at every service call. Brian is responsive when you call and ensures he gets to you in a timely manner. I trust him with my system and you should too!

The next day I got a call with the estimate. I needed a new part. I told them to do the repair. Two hours later the guy was back with the part. An hour after that he was done and the AC was working. He showed me the part that was purchased and old part that he pulled out. I went online and looked up the part myself and found the same price that they quoted me for. Service was quick and I feel that I was charged fairly. Ill call them again if I need anything else.

The supervisor was not on site and managed the project over the phone. The boots for the eleven drops were not replaced. Air flow is not properly setup among the drops. I feel that I was cheated on materials and the poor level of workmanship on this project. I received a request for payment for the completed project. The supervisor had not been on site except for one time on the first day of a two day project. The estimate for the project was for $6800.00. The value of the materials used and inexperienced workers and lack of supervision should be grounds for a full refund of my deposit of $3400.00 and cancel the remaining balance. I was notified that the project is complete, but the contractor has not notified the county that it is ready to be inspected.
