I was amazed at the fast response. When the tech arrived he was very nice and presented me with different options for me to choose from. I picked the "better" option. He explained everything to me and got started work right away. He cleaned up after he was finished and I was very pleased with the whole interaction.     We have had a problem with water backing up into our kitchen sink whenever the washer drains. 2…read moreguys came out and snaked our drains and vents. They seemed very nice and professional, working in the cold rain. It was finally determined that we had a broken pipe. They offered to come back the next day to run a camera though they said they had a camera on the truck. Our schedule wasn't open for the next day, so they said they would come back Monday after 9am. I waited all day, but they never showed. My husband called Tuesday and was told we weren't on the schedule, but they would come the next day. The next day, my husband received a text saying the camera was broken but they would call when it was fixed. They never called. My husband called several times, leaving several messages, but we have yet to hear back. So we will pay another company to fix our broken pipe. They obviously don't want our business. The only reason I gave them 1 star was because the initial workers seemed on the up and up, but I will definitely recommend calling someone else if anyonE asks

    Recently our kitchen sink developed a slow leak that Liquid Plumber would do nothing to help. I…read morecalled Walley Plumbing about midday, and spoke with Tony. He apologized and said that, although they could resolve the issue, it was likely that they couldn't get anyone out to our house until the next morning. I explained our need to have it resolved as soon as possible, but would accept it if no one could come out until the next morning. He agreed to see if one of their techs could handle it as a late assignment, after all his other work for the day was complete. Later that day I was delightfully surprised to receive a text from them that indicated that a technician had been assigned to arrive that same day between the hours of 5:30 and 6:30. The text indicated the technician's name and also stated that he would text when he was on the way. Later that evening, I received a call from the tech (I wish I could remember his name, but can't) who reported that he was on his way. I also received a text from him that included a link that, when I clicked on it, I could see a map that showed his exact location right up to the moment he pulled into our driveway. The tech was efficient and quick, locating the plug in the drain line, and clearing it with his rooter machine in no at all. All in all, the whole on site time for the tech was no more than twenty minutes. Total charge for the service was $185.00, which I was okay with, assuming that this person was working after usual working hours. His demeanor was courteous and professional. I now have Walley Plumbing info saved in my contacts, and will certainly be giving them first call should any other plumbing issues arise for us in the future.

    In January my grinder went out and I called Walleys. I was told by their employee that I had to…read morehave a brand new system and told me the date that was on my pump was 2003 and my home was built in 2009. This system cost me over 6k and since then I've had numerous people tell me I could have had it done for 3k less. That's on me. However... The thing stopped working 3 times within the first month and a half and I asked several times for a written warranty and also a breakdown of my charges, which no one will provide. I've requested a call back from the owner twice, who has not called me at all and it's now June. What a surprise. Had another company out here for a different issue shortly after my pump was installed and he told me he'd been here before for the previous owners and replaced the pump for them. I had no way of knowing because Walleys employee took the pump out the first day and took it with him before the new motor even got here. I'm completely disgusted and will be getting some help in receiving a written warranty. The serial numbers on the motor aren't even legible. I'm shocked at the way this company does business. Avoiding me only shows me that they know they aren't doing right by their customers. Negative stars for quality. Negative stars for customer support and negative stars for outrageous cost.
