I highly recommend for all your jewelry needs. I needed to have my wedding ring cut off and resized and he was very quick to repair and the work is beautiful. Master Jewelers help my fiancé design not one but TWO engagement rings for me. The first one was with heirloom diamonds from three generations of my family and it was extremely important that the diamonds were treated with care as they are quite old. The first ring Frank and my fiancé created was lovely and classic but we ended up wanting a little more sparkler. Without hesitation, Frank helped my fiancé pick out a larger diamond that would be tasteful with two of the heirloom diamonds and the new ring was ready even before the original ETA. Frank also encouraged us to shop around and see if we found a stone at a better price than his so we would be 100% satisfied! CAUTION - STORE RIPPED ME OFF!!! Called in advance to see what they charge to remove links from a watch was quoted $10. While he was doing the work I asked what they charge for rhodium plating. He said $25. I said $25 is not bad. Mentioned where I got the ring will do it for free, but it's not close by. We had a discussion about $25 vs. a long drive. Then he rang me up & the total was $61! I questioned him & he said the rhodium dip was $45. Literally within 15 minutes he changed the price!!!! Sad the Nault Jewelers retired, but Master Jewelers is NOT where you want to take your business! Should have gone to Marlow's Fine Jewelry. I contacted them after being ripped off to see what they charge. The owner said $27.50. He sounds honest & kind & looking to build lasting relationships with customers vs. ripping people off for a few extra bucks. In fact, he said Nault referred all their customers to him.
