    Before the fix

I couldn't say enough about Fabri and the wonderful service I have received here. I stumbled upon this place from Yelp. I broke my Gold Hawaiian fish hook and wasn't even sure if it could be fixed. I called all around and most places were like a month turn around rate. I called Fabri and spoke to Doug and explained to him the situation. I was able to take my fish hook in and it was fixed in 2-3 days! The fish hook looks brand new! I'm amazed on how it looks and I am very Thankful for Doug and his staff at Fabri. They were very professional and provided the best service out there. I highly recommend them!

The little jewelry tray you get to carry around and pick out and try on all the rings your little fingers can stand to try on!

People need to know about this. How can I compel you to understand that this is the best experience you can have while engagement ring shopping... can I just tell you this is the best engagement ring shopping experience and have you believe me? Let me explain. Many a gal will collect ideas on her dream ring via social media/Pinterest while never having seen the ring of her dreams with her eyes on her finger. What looks great on Pinterest & Instagram might look different in person, and often does. Fabri Jeweler blew my partner and I right of the water because, get this, they have over 1000 rings on display in a big loop around the store, organized by ring type and ALSO GET THIS: they are accessible to try on without having to repeatedly ask a doting salesperson "can I see that one...and that one...how bout that one." I don't know about you folks, but I've gotten into online shopping and for me, I'd rather be attended to when shopping when I want it. Doug and his wife are attentive and quick to assist you in your hunt if you have the smallest inquiry. You can walk around with a little box for favorites, and try on every ring your partner has seen on Pinterest and Instagram and more. It's incredible! Then you can sit with your collected ideas and take your time. I want to say: BRING YOUR PARTNER TO SEE TYE RINGS! I'm telling you they'll be so happy to get to look and you'll be relieved to not have to look at over 1000 rings and guesstimate if they'll be pleased while you're on your knee sweating it out. Plus, they'll only be seeing a rendition, not their actual final ring, which brings me to my next point: You can get a CGI 3-d imaging video of the ring you want with any modification you can conceive of...so if you want to see more stones, less stones, higher sitting, lower sitting, add this or remove that you can do it and see the finished product without ever having to put in an order. It's the most incredible thing. To top it off, you have a 1 year warranty on the ring (not tried but me but advertised and good to know) that if you don't like your ring, you can exchange it for equal or greater value and your stone has a lifetime warranty for upgrades. To really put the sprinkles on this glorious sundae, Doug and his lovely wife are so kind and helpful. Let's talk Moissanite, I know everyone is getting them because they're sold out everywhere, but no none is talking about it! Listen, they have such variety and beauty to the cuts, color, quality of moissanite you'll be bound to find your stone (as any can be ordered and seen before purchase) to match your needs for both financial wisdom and ethical sourcing desires. My partner and I wanted to see a very unusual cut elongated oval, and they were able to accommodate this through their suppliers. I just can't say enough about this unassuming jewelry store because I think I found the best engagement ahoppinexperience imaginable and I want everyone to know.

I would recommend Fabri Fine Jewelry to absolutely everyone. From the moment I contacted them, they were extremely personable, kind, and paid attention to the detail that I wanted for my ring. They offer some of the most beautifully designed jewelry in the country. The owner, Doug communicated very effectively with me throughout the process of the reset of my ring. He showed me many options that were in line with the photo of the ring setting I wanted. He ordered the ring, reset, and polished my new ring within 72 hours. If you are looking for a unique piece of jewelry, or looking to "recreate" your dream ring- I would look no further than this exceptional business! Professional, honest, high quality, and client centered! They also will polish and care for your jewelry at no cost after you purchase from them. This was such a nice perk for me! Enjoy your experience at this exceptional location in Bellevue! I think it's worth a trip across the bridge from Seattle too!

I'd give a million stars if I could! Hubby bought me a diamond upgrade for our anniversary. I wanted a different setting than I'd had before, so I started my trek to just about every jeweler in the area, from mall jewelers to high-end custom jewelers, and everything in between. I could not find "it", nor could I find anyone interested in helping me find "it". A friend told me about Fabri Fine Jewelry. I ventured in, expecting to see the same old thing. Wow, was I shocked to be greeted by hundreds of settings, right out in the open for me to touch, see, feel and try on. Doug was warm and welcoming, and had a sincere interest in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with a custom design, and without Doug's endless help and patience, I would never have come up with the perfect end product. Revision after revision, Doug listened to what I wanted and made insightful, helpful and valuable suggestions, without being overbearing or condescending (like I got from another high-end Bellevue retailer). The most amazing part, is that I did not even purchase my diamond from Doug, yet he became so invested in making sure I was the happiest girl on the planet with my new bling. No matter what you're looking for, custom or ready-to-wear, check out Fabri Fine Jewelry in Bellevue. The selection, the ability to try on hundreds of settings without having a sales person breathe down your neck, the top-notch friendly service, as well as their custom design service makes Fabri the only place I will ever shop for jewelry of any kind. Thank you Doug, for a most amazing experience!

Unfortunately, they completely botched the job by cutting both the strap and the wire that connects it. I truly thought the watch was ruined and had pretty much given up hope. I could have taken it back to Louis Vuitton to have it repaired but I was sure it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to do so. Thankfully, I decided to bring it to Seattle Fine Jewelry for a second opinion. The owner, Ramir, his son Jordan, and their staff member Kaitlyn were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, they were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely transparent about the repair process. Not only were they able to fix my watch, but the turnaround time was surprisingly quick. I also had my favorite diamond ring cleaned ("The Manicure" treatment) and wow, the results were remarkable. It came back incredibly sparkly and shiny, like it had been brought back to life. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Everyone was professional yet fun and welcoming, which made the entire experience enjoyable instead of stressful. Their prices are reasonable, parking is easy right up front, and the quality of service is top-notch. It's rare to find a business that combines skill, honesty, and genuine customer care like this. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seattle Fine Jewelry and will definitely be returning for future repairs and cleanings.

Jonathan was such a pleasure to work with - I was looking for a diamond with strong hearts and arrows and very specific specs and he sourced the perfect diamond for me! On 6/20/25, my daughter and I visited Marci Jewelry with a diamond ring we wanted to sell. We were introduced to their "diamond expert" Jonathan Borghes. He examined the ring (including the estimated size of the center stone and the white gold mounting with several smaller accent diamonds as well as other details regarding the large stone). He offered to pay $5000 ($500 for the mounting & $4500 for the center stone) in the form of a check written immediately. Jonathan went on to tell us he strongly believed he could get more than $4500 by selling the stone to his contacts if we left the stone with him. Of course, we wanted as much money as possible so this seemed like a good approach. During the conversation, we asked multiple times "if it took too long for him to find a buyer, could we request he send a check for the original offer" of $4500?" He assured us each time "oh yes, just call and he would send the $4500 original offer check". Based on Jonathan's confident reassurances and the store's longtime stellar reputation including online reviews, we decided to leave the stone and take the $500 check for the mounting since he had disassembled the ring. He asked me to sign a form he said was simply "my proof/receipt that the stone was left with him". Over the next few weeks, I contacted Jonathan multiple times for an update and each time was told "I need to make a few more calls, just need a little more time". On 7/22/25, I spoke with Jonathan again to ask he send the $4500 original offer check. This is when the situation became a problem and the poor business practices, dishonesty and misrepresentation surfaced. He refused to send a check, now saying the form he had me sign was actually something completely different what he claimed was simply "proof/receipt that we left the stone with him". He now called it a consignment agreement and stated that he wouldn't stand by his original offer of $4500. That in fact he would not pay out anything until he found a buyer. When I recounted our 6/20/25 discussion, he abruptly said he need to speak with store owner and would call me back. Not having gotten a return call, on 7/23/25, my daughter visited the store to get the check in person since I live out of state. Now Jonathan was refusing to acknowledge his agreements from our 6/20/25 conversation, calling it "all a miscommunication". The store owner refused to hold Jonathan accountable to his original offer. We took the stone and will pursue other avenues to sell it. Jonathan blatantly lied and the store owner refused to hold him accountable. We believe Jonathan intentionally misled us during the initial conversation, presented the enticing recommendation of getting even more than his offer of $4500 and then set me up by misrepresenting the nature of the form he had me sign knowing he would have "an out" and wouldn't have to follow through with his original offer. Rather than hold Jonathan accountable to his original agreement, the store owner chose to back his actions, a very poor example of leadership and customer relations.

I took in a wedding ring crown that has 5 diamonds on it since I had lost one of the diamonds. Upon bringing it in, Josh let me know they could fix it and was already bagging it up without even giving a quote. I then asked for a quote since I'd gotten one from the original maker of the ring. I had let him know the quote he gave which was $390-425 was higher than what they quoted. But ultimately decided I'd rather have it fixed locally than send it out since I didn't want to wait (which I voiced verbally). He took a closer look and said they could do it for $425. I said okay because after shipping costs, it would only be ~$40 more than sending it to the maker. He said okay, and that he'd pick out the diamond today and I'd have it back the following week. 2 full weeks went by before it was ready so I was already a bit annoyed since that was likely the same turn around if I mailed it to the maker! But then when I went to pick it up, the price was $595+tax. I asked why the price difference (and refreshed his memory on our convo at drop off) and he just said okay we can do it for $495. So not only did it take just as long, but in the end after tax I spent over $100 more than what I would have spent if I sent it to the maker.

UPDATE April 13, 2019:…read more MOTHBALLED WATCH MOISTURE VICTIM? I don't know what's going on here. But the last time (December 2018) I brought in my Timex "Expedition" watch into the Bellevue Fred Meyer Jewelers store, employee Chris told me it had accumulated moisture because it sat unused on the shelf too long, and therefore they could not service it. So he referred me to Rafael at the Kirkland Jewelers store, who managed to fix it. HAPHAZARD MOVEMENT OR HUMIDITY MEMORY? This month, I brought the same watch in to get a new battery (I since took it out of mothballs). But this time, Chris told me that they could not open up the watch without it flying apart all over the place. Perhaps they remembered that was the same watch that I brought in last December with the alleged humidity accumulation problem. So he referred me to Rafael again, who managed to open it up and replace the battery. HEY, THIS IS A TIMEX, NOT A ROLEX! I'm not talking about some expensive Rolex here, for which I might understand they're not wanting to take liability for, if they don't have the apparently exclusive expertise required to work on those high-end watches. No, I'm talking about a cheap Timex that only cost about $50 new at the Bellevue Fred Meyer store. A CASE OF WATCH DISCRIMINATION? Previously, they were able to open up my older Timex "Triathlon" watch, which has a different band, but the same kind of screwed on backing and presumably also the same kind of movement inside it. Now that one had never been in mothballs, but nothing was ever said about it likely to fly apart when opened. Besides, aren't watch repair people supposed to be able to open up watches without the movement (or "innards") flying apart? What goes with the Bellevue Fred Meyer Jewelers store? From now on, I'll just simply go straight to Rafael at Kirkland Jewelers, even though it's way out of my way!
