We finally had to find another reputable vendor to fix all the issues that they left behind and they never fixed them. Also, we found out that most of the work they did was incorrect and subpar and all had to be corrected or some of the products they installed had to be replaced due to the wrong wiring and installation. Tech arrived on time and at front end of service window which was greatly appreciated. Because pre-wiring had been done, while visit only subject to their minimum home call service fee of $125.
