I asked to have the electrical pulled to the end of my kitchen island so I would have it on both sides, instead they CUT the wire costing me HUNDREDS to correct their mistake.They were supposed to repaint my entire bottom floor, which is a great room, but since I went with the same color they painted one wall, but charged me for the full project. Painting?! They ruined my brand new chandelier with paint even though they charged me to take it down, they also charged me to remove EACH vertical blind even though, you guessed it, there was paint on those too! Got my final bill and was charge 3k for "miscellaneous expenses" when I questioned them they couldn't tell me what they charge was for and immediately revised the bill. Good luck getting a final walk through, I never got one, even after repeatedly asking for one, but they are quick to threaten to send you to collections. AVOID this company at all costs!!

Karla (office) & AL (project manager) were our first contacts, and were friendly, accommodating, and enjoyable to work with! The TILE guy he sent did a perfect job re-tiling the repair :-) The BATHROOM guy & his wife did a great job restoring the bathroom :-) The KITCHEN guys... did a good job installing the cabinets, BUTTTT... didn't re-install the appliances correctly, mis-aligning and causing scuff marks on the new cabinets and appliances (unbelievable), and left without correcting them. I had to call several times (and withhold final payment) before we got a response. And sorry to say their 'finish-work' was sloppy :-ooo! We requested a 'finish-up' to resolve unfinished work several times (over the holidays). I should not have to fine-tune their quality or their workmanship, which by the way, was quite expensive (paid by insurance). The CREW... did NOT fine tune the clean-up, leaving several screws in my driveway :-#@... which we found before causing a flat tire on one of my vehicles. I will just state the facts and you can decide. I have about 5 feet of slate tile, 170 feet of…read moreclick flooring and about 400 and change of slate grout. All due to a slab leak that, thankfully, was very small. The first estimate for all three was $5500 which was just one number, and seemed to be pulled out of his posterior. I asked for a breakdown of the three jobs and he was resistant, telling me the combo was a "good deal". When I got the breakdown it was $7175 (I don't think it cost him $1675 for the breakdown). And he estimated $500 a foot for the slate (!) (materials supplied) and it's because he had to "level to area". I've laid tons of flooring and that's typical with any installation. For 170 feet of click flooring (my materials) he estimated $3400, or $20 a foot. Next closest estimate was $550. Steam cleaning the grout was $1275 which I thought was competitive. Overall, considering the time estimate was two days, it's about $3500 per day. Since I'm not having any of the work done by him, I can't speak to the quality. I've noticed that many trades just throw out a price, seemingly "at random". But beware, and request a breakdown. Then calculate the per day cost. If you're not comfortable with that, get more quot
