We had our grout sealed 6 years ago, and it went great. John was running the company, and Ethan came out and did the work. Wonderful job! Fast forward to 2023, with Jason at the helm. We wanted to get our downstairs sealed again. Most of the work was fine, except we could see some shortcuts here and there. Jason wanted payment in cash, which seemed weird, but okay. A couple of weeks later, the seal in the master bath around the drain started coming off. I called Jason about warranty repair, and he told me he was out of town. I waited a couple of weeks and called again. No response. I called several times, texted several times, etc. Nothing - complete ghosting. So, you should hope the initial work holds up, because if it doesn't, they will not back up their work any more. read more

Complete fail. Had the grout in my master shower replaced. The grout did not match and began shrinking. Another tech came out to fill in the newly forming cracks and made excuses for the grout being two different colors. Now the grout has started coming up. I have used Grout Works in San Antonio. We had our entire first floor color sealed a little over two years ago. It looked amazing!! But like all floors, it does still get dirty over time. I mistakenly tried to clean it myself this year before Christmas. It was super easy to clean, and under the dirt, the grout still looked great, but it took me like 6 hours! Never again, they offer great maintenance packages where they will clean the grout and do any needed touch-ups. In the future, I plan on having them come out annually for a clean and touch-up. You have found the answer to your nightmare grout! Our old shower pan grout was cracked and filthy and I was at my wits end trying to clean it. I researched various options all the way up through full-blown remodeling the whole bathroom since our original 1959 bathroom is beyond retro. WOW!!! I first met John (Dad) about 5 years ago. I was in the process of getting Tile Quotes to completely redo the Floor tile and bathroom tiles from the previous renters. I stumbled across Grout Works online and John met me at the house with a suggestion to let them clean the tile, clean the grout and then seal the grout with another color.
