I'm pretty sure all the positive reviews are paid for or people he knows. About two years ago I had a roof leak. Angelo was quick to respond with his crew. Stated he could get the job done that day. Quoted close to 4000 for this patch up job. Advised me of a good prognosis. Gave a three year warranty. Based off of these reviews other roof repairs get a five year warranty . The roof is leaking again now same spot- it has not been even two years yet. Will not bother calling him to return for the warranty repair. Based on these reviews, seems unlikely he will even respond or provide decent service. Beware before you use this company. read more

We met Angelo 11 years ago when he did a tear off and new roof installation on our roof.The roof was very steep and there are several gabels to contend with not a easy job.The crew came when they were scheduled to be there,completed the work quickly and did a great job cleaning up.The roof still looks great.Had them back over the years for some minor repairs due to bad weather.They came out and re chalked the chimney and vents for free saying it was included in our warranty from years before,that's a great company thank you. read more

Do not use Master Seal Roofing. In January I hired Angelo and Master Seal Roofing to fix a leak in one of my bedrooms. He advised me that my chimney needed some work: fixing some shingles around the chimney, and repairing and refreshing roof vents, for which he charged me $1400. Angelo promised to stand by his work and to call him with any problems. About 2 months later the leak started again. I called Angelo at least 3 times and he promised to resolve the issue, but now it's over 2 weeks later and Angelo has not called me back and has refused to even take my calls. Let me reiterate: don't use Angelo and Master Seal Roofing! their work is suspect, and they do not fix their work when it's faulty. read more

Do NOT use this company! I wish I could give zero stars. Also check the BBB reviews. They did awful work for a very high price. My roof still leaks. The flashing around my chimney was bad. They just slapped some tar on there, instead of lead, the correct way. The powerwashing they did was not very good. Looked half assed. They also patched up some crumbling concrete on my back stairs heading to basement. I think a 5 year old could have done a better job. They basically just slapped some concrete on it. I could have done that. I was hoping it would actually be professional looking. Then on top of all that, I recently found out that my insurance company would have paid for a whole new roof (since some shingles had blown off from wind) if they had not done the repairs. That's 10 grand right there. Instead I only got $1000. So not only did they charge me over $6000, I'm now out another $9000. So I'm out $15,000 thanks to them. (Rhode Island has a law that the shingles have to match and they no longer make the shingles that are on my roof anymore). Any reputable roofing company should have known that. And their "guarantee" is a joke, as others have mentioned. Not that I would let them touch anything on my house again. I'm just going to bite the bullet and pay an actual reputable company to replace the roof. Stay far, far away! (And also, don't believe for one second their replies denying everything. I contacted Angelo Stevenson regarding ,dams from my roof into my upstairs hallway. He arrived with his cousin Sam to check out the issue. I am 73 years old and havean immobility issue in my knees due to arthritis. I had the roof sealed in my 120 year old house last year, filed a claim with my insurance company through Agent, Chris Lennon at The Hartford Insurance Company . The cost of this work was $5,000. I told both men that Ivwas waiting to hear from the Agent,C. Lennon but he did not respond after viewing the damage. I was sent a check for $1,500 but it would have taken a lot more than that to address the issue. Joe, the partner assured me that he would get my money back but never even called the agent. They painted black tar on the roof and painted the wall and ceiling inside. each time, I told them that it looked grey, not white. Angelo said that it was drying and they would be back to finish it. each time they would come and hang around talking in the front hall. Each time it would still be grey. I finally asked them to complete the job and get my money back, as promised. I had my entire house painted white on the interior and the ceiling was left incomplete and no money returned. Angelo told me his sister had a heart attack and he was stuck in Seattle. He would return in November 19 to finish the job. THEY NEVER CAME BACK! no money returned no painting completed, they are SCAMMERS! No email, no address just phone #- 781-941-6119 ( cell phone is the same ). ALSO KNOWN AS THE PATCH BOYS! DO NOT USE! Similar to other comments, I had a leak in need of repair and had to make many calls and texts to finally track down Angelo. Ultimately, several scheduled appoints made where blown off. I finally hired an another roofer to fix the leak and told Angelo - he said using another roofer would void the warranty! We agreed to have him pay the $400 for the repair and void the warranty - he said he would send an amendment to bind our agreement. Still waiting......and, realize it's not coming. read more

I'm giving 1 star because I have to in order to continue giving this review. I paid Angelo at master seal roofing $1500 to fix my rubber roof and was given a 5 year warranty which was one of the reasons I signed the contract. The roof leaked less than a year later and it took 10 phone calls to finally get him over to my house to 'fix' my roof only to have it leak again. Since the second leak I have called 3 times and emailed twice and have not been called back-my calls have been ignored despite the warranty that supposedly came with my purchase. This company is a scam and it's fraudulent. Do not use this place. They take your money and don't do the work and don't have the courtesy to return phone calls for people they have 'warranties' to. If you are a hard working person who values your money please go elsewhere read more
