I had a terrible experience with this business in mid-August 2010 when my TV stopped working. My…read moregirlfriend dropped the TV off at this place and the guy said that they would take a look at it in 4 business days. (The guy's name was Gary) They never got back to me until I started calling them. Then they told me what was wrong with it and the estimated cost of servicing it. When I asked Gary how long it would take for the TV to get fixed, he said that he couldn't give me an answer. Then after asking him repeatedly for at least an estimate, he snapped at me and said "it would take 8 months and why do I need to know! It would get done when it got done!" His poor customer service and attitude made me call him right back and ask him not to continue the repairs. I went to the store the following business day and picked up my TV. I noticed that on his front desk he had a fake hand grenade and it read on it "If you have any complaints, please take a number." Meaning that you should take the number attached to the pin of the supposed grenade. Seeing that in his front desk made me realize that I had made the right decision to take back my TV and have it serviced somewhere else.

I was given a case number by Panasonic and told to bring in the TV and it would be repaired at no cost to me. I did take the TV in and they carried it out of my car and into the shop. Turn around was very quick (2 days) and was as good as new. I was a little irritated that they insisted on seeing a receipt showing my date of purchase, was not told I was going to need that, as I had a case number from Panasonic. Not really sure why they needed it. I went to Costco and had them print out another receipt for them. If I needed warranted work in the future would use them again.

I brought my HP Laptop to Sandy and her team to fix. I had basic idea of what was wrong, it was a hard\ware issue. The team worked tireless on the laptop, trying every avenue to find a fix for the laptop. It took a little longer than normal, but the problem required a day sometimes to actually malfunction. So, I knew it would take more than a day to be fixed. I can only imagine the tireless hours that VT Services spent on repairing my laptop and I can't express enough how appreciative I am of all the work they did to repair my laptop.
