My wife got her oil changed here yesterday. She went from there to meet me for dinner. We were there maybe an hour and when we came ouy there was a large oil spot under the car. I drove there first thing this morning at which time they said it was the plug seal. This is ridiculous that it was done correctly the first time. That is me having to take time off work drive 90 miles round trip and eat all the expenses because the job was not done correctly the first time I have pictures and they unchanged my wife to a 120 oil change when it should have been 59. I drove in today for an oil change during the busy time of day. Upon arrival into the bay, a disturbance broke out. The management staff did the best they could to de-escalate the situation. The other staff kept calm and continued their duties. The gal working on my vehicle took really good care and apologized multiple times, making me feel important even though there was intensity all around and law enforcement was even summoned to the business. I compliment management and staff for receiving training for any and all high pressure situations. It was evident of everyone working together as a team and getting the job done!! I live in Billings, but make the drive to come here for my scheduled car maintenance. My sister lived in Laurel a few years back and suggested them, so I came over. Excellent service and I trusted they provided the services they charged me for. Well, I got lazy last oil change and didn't feel like making the drive. Took my car into a fast lube place in the Heights. Never again. I KNOW they didn't check some of the things they checked off. So, here I sit this morning, on this beautiful Montana morning. They are installing the wiper blades I've been carrying around for two weeks, no charge. I believe it may be the manager who meets you when you drive up (if she'snot a manager, she should be), super respectful and professional, knowledgable of the products. Apologized for having the lobby closed, but there is a picnic table outside or I had the option to stay in my car. Oh, and what a good $ on a hand wash and dry of the dusty grandma wagon! I waited in line for over an hour last week to get my oil changed to find out once I got in the bay they didn't have the right oil filter even though they asked when I pulled up what oil I needed and had time to chat. Today I brought it back bc they said I'd get a discount for my trouble and I still need an oil change. Now, they bring me my air filter which needs to be changed but, guess what, they don't have in stock either and they can't do a thing for me with it. I'm sure I can come back tomorrow but are you kidding me?! I will NOT be returning and I will be sharing this with everyone in red lodge on our community online. It's obviously worth driving the extra 15 mins to get to Billings for this. Staff was friendly until I expressed frustration about the filter. And my little discount doesn't make up for wasting my time since I now have to go get an air filter somewhere else. I'm not a car person- I usually just take my car in and get the oil changed and do what they recommend to me. To top it off, I was told that I would be in and out in 10 if there was no one ahead of me. There hasn't been and I've been here for over 30 minutes and have to get to an appointment which I told them about beforehand. I've never had an experience like this. Update: I have since been contacted by Cassie who was nice and offered me a free oil change. I really appreciate this and will give it a second try. read more

Do not waste your money on the wash. $27.99 for a drive through "wash" that left my truck looking terrible. Basically, it looked like water had been poured over the top and then the runoff cascaded down the sides and back of my car. Where the handles are on the door had no dirt streak below it, I guess because the dirt got diverted to the sides and down from the handles. May be described as going through a heavy rainstorm that leaves streaks instead of spots. My car would have looked better if I hadn't gone through the wash -- at least then it would be an even coating of dirt. read more

We stopped in on our cross-country trip to get an oil change. I wish I had timed them, I think they had us out of there in 6 minutes. They checked everything and were very straightforward, everyone that was there was nice and they cleaned the windshield without even asking. read more

Public beware!!!!! I took my 2013 VW Beetle Turbo 19,000 miles for an oil change. It seemed like it was taking way to long to do it until I was informed that the oil pan where the plug goes in was broken not stripped and that the plug would no longer screw in. Long story short they refused to fix it saying that it had to have been broken when it came in? The car had no leaks and based on how bad it was broken there would have been no oil in it. $662.00 later at the VW shop for a new oil pan! The VW shop said that if it had happened at their shop it would have been fixed for FREE! I wanted to let everyone know that these guys dont stand behind their work if they damage your car. read more
