Comprised of both the main store and an intake area, StillGoode dominates the shopping strip. Apparently consignment is by appointment only, but this review is not about that process, it's about the fun stuff, furniture shopping! Browsing from aisle to aisle, it was clear that everything was in pretty good shape. While the shop as a whole embraced traditional furniture offerings, I occasionally ran across a few items in other styles (an oversized burl coffee table, boucle accent chairs, and various farmhouse pieces for example). The pricing is pretty competitive, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor markings of wear and tear. It far more expensive than your Goodwill, or Junior Forum, but less expensive than your inner loop curated consignment boutique, and certain a better value that purchasing new. More than that I appreciate the demeanor of the staff. They're helpful but not at all overbearing. They're friendly and available without hovering. It's a relaxed, low pressure environment that allows the customer to feel comfortable taking their time to make decisions. In addition to carrying high quality furniture they also carry decor, framed artwork, jewelry, and handbags. Although my husband and I didn't find anything on this trip, I'm sure we'll be back in a few months to take a look at the new inventory.

Their prices are AWESOME! We purchased a HUGE chocolate colored corduroy sectional for $1,100 cash. They have other nice sofa/loveseat combos for around $750 - some are even lower. Regardless of your budget just stop in and look around - you won't be disappointed. We quickly went back in search of a dining room table - we got an amazing real wood high set 6 seat (with bench and leaf) table for only $600. I love it. It's my favorite piece of furniture in my house. We looked around and they have really nice 6pc bedroom sets for only $600. Queen mattresses for $200. Extra large corduroy recliners for $300. I was really blown away by all they had and how inexpensive it all was. Their store seems small but they pack plenty of furniture in there. If you don't see what you're looking for just as the sales person - they have other warehouses in that same shopping center packed with furniture. They probably have what you're looking for. We paid cash for our items but you can do 90 days same as cash financing. Except it's not really "same as cash" because if you finance you have to pay 10% more for the item - okay for some people, but we just preferred to pay cash and avoid the financing. They offer very reasonably prices delivery/assembly, too (around $50). They deliver it the same day or the next day (in my experience) and the 2 men who delivered and assembled our items were very friendly and quick at putting everything together. Our couch was delivered at night and they were both so kind to work late so they could come and put it together for us. I've told all my friends and co-workers looking for furniture to stop by here first. They have almost wholesale pricing and great service. You won't be disappointed.

Lucky for me, this spot is truly a consignment gem. Don't judge a book by its cover, the interior of this place is pretty sizable, and bonus, the prices are pretty solid. Additionally, the quality of their furniture is great. It is quite literally everywhere you look. Light fixtures are hung above your head, seating options are displayed everywhere and art paints the walls. Headboards, tables, unique seating, prints, patio furniture, and even jewelry, they have quite a selection. That being said, the only feedback I'd have is better attention to customer service. I think I was acknowledged once, if that. That acknowledgement was a glance, and a response to my "good morning". I'd love to be welcomed into the store, a nice hello, and a check in while shopping, but everyone has off days and it's possible that I experienced a one off. Given the stacked furniture, I think they've outgrown their current warehouse space, which is not their fault, but it can make it a bit difficult to see and appreciate all of their offerings. I can't wait for them to expand to a larger space, but for now, I'm very happy that they're part of the neighborhood.

The owner came to my home, took measurements, created a 3D rendering, and once we finalized the design, I paid my deposit. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward laundry room cabinet installation turned into **more than five return visits, countless phone calls and text messages, and constant follow-up on my part just to get the job completed correctly.** On the first installation, the cabinets arrived in different sizes and depths, even though they were all supposed to match. After that was corrected, the second installation left me with three different shades of white between the cabinets, trim, and crown molding. Later visits uncovered additional issues, including unstable interior shelves that tipped over, an uneven countertop, and multiple cabinet doors that were crooked or improperly aligned. What frustrated me most was that these weren't issues the company identified--they were issues I had to point out. At every visit, the installers seemed ready to leave with the project considered complete until I showed them additional problems. I repeatedly called, texted, and sent photos over the course of weeks just to get someone from management to come inspect the work in person. Instead of taking my concerns seriously, I was told I was "high strung" and that smaller projects sometimes have issues. By the end of this project, I had completely lost confidence that anyone from Tru Custom would identify or correct problems unless I found them first and pushed for them to be addressed. I essentially became the project manager and quality control inspector for work I hired professionals to complete. To date, this project has required more than five visits to my home, and I am still waiting for two cabinet doors to be corrected. Despite the repeated installation mistakes and the inconvenience, Tru Custom Cabinets never offered a discount, refund, credit, or any meaningful gesture of goodwill. One of the installers even commented that they had "never had so many problems on one project." Unfortunately, I was the customer who had to experience every one of those problems. I understand that mistakes can happen on any project. What matters is how a company responds. Based on my experience, Tru Custom Cabinets failed to provide the level of workmanship, communication, and accountability I expected, and I cannot recommend them.

They were: a doorway that had pet damage and had been pulled up, and my upstairs catwalk hallway that needed some carpet bulges stretched out. Jairo was easy to get in touch with and arrived early for the repairs. He showed a lot of care in his work and he made sure I was satisfied with the repair before packing up for the day. Both carpet repaired areas look brand new now and match my other carpet areas again. I had put off getting this fix for years because I was worried about price but these fixes definitely had higher than expected value. I no longer have to step over carpet bulges and my door shuts better. I would definitely use JGS Carpet Installation's services again for repairs and if I need new carpet installed I'm calling them for the install.

It was a few days before he responded but he did and explained that he had been working on a big project. He came out on 9/20 to do the work. One of the projects was to remove a light fixture and install two mini pendant lights. These are two separate fixtures with chain links from the ceiling to the actual light encasing. This was the last project of the day and he did a great job of changing out my old light to this updated look. With one exception. He called me in to look at them and I noticed one was hanging shorter than the other. When I mentioned it he said "No, it's correct." I didn't want to be rude and go get a tape measure to ensure that it was correct (I will in the future). After he left I measured and it was 1/4" shorter. To some this might not seem like much but it is noticeable. When he was leaving he commented that my house could use quite a bit of work (he was tactful) and I agreed. I could tell he was soft selling me for future larger projects. That was fine as I would like to hire a small business to do the work when I'm ready. We discussed a few more projects for his next visit and he left. Fast forward to 10/19. I sent a text that the needed to fix the light and why. He responded and asked if the light fell. I reiterated that the light on the right was shorter. It's now 11/14. I have yet to hear back from him. I'm in sales, if I did something incorrectly I own it and do the best I can to fix the problem. Especially if I want future work and bigger projects. When you fail to even respond it is highly unprofessional. I will have to pay a different handyman to fix the issue now.

When I asked about shutters he explained the pros and cons and had actual samples ao I could see how they would look on my windows. He took measurements of all the windows and advised me what would and would not work. Bryan was personable and knowledgeable. He was patient as we weighed our options and answered our emailed questions quickly. The prices were reasonable and he gave me hope when we found out many of our windows were now super shallow. The installer came on time, was efficient and super nice. They explained how to care for the shutters and that they had a life time warranty. I am so happy with this purchase and recommend this company.

We found a beautiful Onyx lamp that fit our style and looks great it the space we placed it. I do recommend Don Quixote Home Décor if you are looking to furnish or add to your current home. We always stop in whenever we are in the area as we just don't know what we are going to find.
