Took my car in for a small trans leak and clogged a/c drain. They found several other things wrong and fixed those, but after 3 trips could not fix my trans leak. It was obvious they didnt even attempt to do the work they claimed to do on my trans. After looking at the seals back home, i could tell they were the old ones. They didnt even try to clean off the old fluid the whole bottom of my car is covered in trans fluid. So is my new garage floor! They are NOT ASE CERTIFIED. They have a D rating with the BBB and arent even registered with the BBB. Look it up. They charged me for things they said would be free, such as an alignment that they charged me 49.99 for. These people kept my car over three different weekends and some days in between and each time, the leak was worse when i got the car back. They told me it had a 24,000 mile 2 year warranty on the work but left that info blank on the papers i signed and i didnt catch it. They will smile in your face and rip you off. DO NOT go here. Ill drive 2 hrs if i have to to avoid these people. Im new in town and this is crap how they took advantage of me. read more

My mother-in-law went here to get a simple oil change. They forgot to put the oil cap back on so when she drove on the highway the car started smoking and her car was destroyed. She had to pay to get it towed and buy a new car. When we went back to tell the manager what happened he tried to act like a tough guy and called us liars. read more

I referred my daughter to Masters Auto in Orange City and I wish I never did. After almost $900 dollers later and 5 trips their van is still not running right. The owners response bring it back I will fix it. Come on Nick would you take your van back to a place after 5 trips and it is still not running right. Do the right thing and give them some of their money back. Sometimes its ok to admit when you can't find out what's wrong with something. I hope in the end you do the right thing. read more

I took my car here to check my oil light. The guy was explaining what my options were and the next thing I know my front wheel is off and they are telling me that I had a stripped bolt that was holding the caliber on and why the took the wheel off I will never know. Five minutes later they had taken my battery out and no explanation was given as to why it was taken out. It's like they were searching for things to add on. They ordered parts for my car and when I went to pick it up I was told that the parts place had sent the wrong part and that they repaired the stripped bolt but I was still charged for the parts. Finally, the guy tried to go into my glovebox and he broke the latch. He said that they would try to find a replacement but when I called back he said that the manager said that they would not replace the latch because they were not aware that the glovebox was not working. They were really nice until I started complaining. If you do take your care make sure that you ask for the old parts. Very poor customer service. I found out that the latch repair is going to cost me around $125.00. read more
