The full story between now and then is a bit on the long side but to keep it short as possible...They pressed me for the insurance money needed to secure the flooring deposit and after much back and forth with the insurance company I was able to them last August. However, they NEVER rendered payment to the flooring company and I am still left with an unfinished home for me and my children. Not to say my home is unlivable, because it is. But this company took money from me without the completion of services. Two months ago he said he was going to pay the flooring company and get me scheduled for the middle of May...that never happened. The most recent message from the owner Friday the 24th of June, after over two months of silence was that he was going to pay the flooring company last week and has not done so. Our building has two condos with a small yard and a roof deck, and Jeff treated it as one unit and even went out of his way to spray the public space on either side of the building, to help control the mosquito boom. It's easy to set up an account and pay online, and if you're doing monthly appointments he is great about reminding you it's time to spray again. He also followed up a few weeks after the first time he sprayed because of our "unusual setup" to make sure that everything worked well. It used to be that we couldn't go outside for more than a minute, no hyperbole, without getting bitten up. Now we can have dinner on the patio! Jeff just left from our standing monthly spray appointment, and he even mentioned that if it rains heavily tonight he's happy to come back and respray next week at no charge. BJ is a very nice guy and I used his services for quite some time for gutters, power washing and…read morewindow cleaning. After my last gutter cleaning I noticed the water kept overflowing from the roof in one spot. BJ claimed the underground pipe that drains the water from the downspout was clogged. This was not the case as I clearly showed him pictures of the water leaking off the roof and the gutter being dry. Unfortunately, he would not come over again to clear the downspout even after 4x emails and asks. This led to a lot of water damage in our basement from water pouring off of the roof and into the foundation. I finally got another gutter cleaner over. They simply climbed up, put a hose into the downspout and out came a bunch of junk that was clogging it. It was a simple fix he wasn't willing to do which cost me over a thousand dollars in damages. I really do not like writing negative reviews but I can't recommend their services.
