It's been more than a decade since I last painted the exterior of my house. Since then, expectedly,…read morethere's been lots of fading and flaking just about everywhere. So it was time to break open the check book once again. Went out and got the usual three quotes. Tito's gave me the best estimate by a mile. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after seeing all of his five-star reviews and an impressive portfolio that had everything from condos to mansions, I went ahead and signed the agreement. Tito's two-man crew of Roberto and Dmitri did a superb job and exceeded my expectations. They were very meticulous and careful with their work. First, they sanded rough spots in the wood trim and chipped away at stucco that needed some smoothing out. That took about a day and a half. And then they taped everything up securely and carefully removed all light fixtures, etc. Nothing seemed half assed at all. Tito works with Sherman Williams paints, and it took me a while to figure out what color combinations would work. It took eight sample cans/swatches, but it was worth it. Roberto was nice enough to paint small samples on the wood siding and stucco to help me decide. The job took about five days in total. Everything was put back into place and the crew did an excellent job with cleanup. Tito's business offers top-shelf painting, and I would definitely recommend them.

Even though our drywall issue wasn't urgent, we did want to take care of it as soon as possible. I was a little leery about hiring an unknown person who has such few reviews, but our previous go-to person has proven to take shortcuts and do a poor job. We contacted Ash on a Saturday afternoon/evening and he came the next day (Sunday morning). Ash was easy to work with and very easy to discuss our needs. He answered every single question we had, and he was very generous with his knowledge; he explained what products he was using and what purpose they served. He gave us a fair estimate and didn't change the price after the job was done. I felt as though he has a lot of integrity and compassion for people who need budget-friendly assistance, and you can genuinely tell he wants to help others. He under-promised and over-delivered, very respectful, and pleasant to work with. We're very happy with the work he did and have already been in talks about him taking on some other things in our home that could use his expertise.

I had gotten 3 estimates before I found Miguel and let's just say that Miguel offers extremely reasonable prices. Two of the quotes I received were at least double of what Miguel quoted me. Miguel is easy to communicate with and reviewed all the work I requested. I wanted new flooring, wall paneling removed and smoothed out with new paint, change of all the fixtures and exhaust fan, change the shower door and mirror, and add a recessed light over the shower. He provided the quote and we agreed to a payment plan. He informed me of everything that I needed to purchase on my end and have ready for his team when they arrived. They were punctual and very respectful of the space and clean as well. You can tell Miguel really takes pride in his work and even went above and beyond what we originally agreed to. I also asked him to change out the vanity in the guest bathroom as a last minute request and he was able to help me with that too.
