Masters Services were great. We had not had our wood burning fireplace and chimney inspected for more than 10 years of heavy use. Way overdue. They were prompt with the initial inspection and showed us detailed camera images of where things were in good shape and where attention was needed. It was easy to decide what repairs were required. We've lived in our home for 6 years and had never had the chimney cleaned, so decided it was time for a clean before we used it. Master Services informed me that they inspected all chimneys before they cleaned them. The inspection didn't go so well, we have lots of issues, that could be potentially dangerous if we burned a fire. So pleased that we had the inspection and so very pleased with Master Services. The inspector was very knowledgable, explained every step and took lots of time to inspect all aspects of the chimney. I'll be going back to them when I'm ready to have the improvements done, hopefully ready for fires next winter. read more

When we purchased our house the home inspector noted that it looked like the chimney for the wood burning fire place hadn't been cleaned once in over 30 years. It was a huge mess! Excellent experience! We had issues with wasps coming into our house via the spark arrestor and are now at piece with the installed spark arrestor with damper built in. No more wasps!
