Brought my vehicle for full all around window tint. Within 30 minutes of them getting the vehicle, Eric with MasterShield called me to tell me his tech cracked my front windshield trying to take the rear view mirror off. Further, he said it has happened before and they have broken windshields on Porsches in the past. They committed on the phone to replace the windshield. Let's see if they follow-through with their promise. Extremely disappointed. I will never recommend to anyone to take their vehicle here. I turned to Master Shield because they promised high-quality work, and their reviews were very positive. But don't believe the reviews. They're involved in deception. They gave me a price for wrapping my car in a protective film and tinting the windows. They took my car and said to pick it up the next day. The next day, they first asked me to pay for everything and only then showed me the car. The quality was terrible. But I had to pick up the car because I had already planned a trip. In the evening, I sent them photos of the poor-quality wrapping of my car. They didn't respond. I called them several times. They didn't answer. I stopped the payment through the bank. After 5 days, they replied that I could come and they would see what they could fix. I came and they said that it was good quality and I was demanding the impossible. I asked them to remove the film and they said they wouldn't do it and that I should go to another service to remove the film myself. Never use Master Shield. read more

These guys are PROS at providing car care protection services. I have had 2 cars with the 3M tint products (crystalline and color stable) and have been VERY happy with their work. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable on anything that had to do with vinyl, window tint and protective film just to name a few. They even offered to drive me to get lunch while I was waiting for the work to get done. The installer is the best I've seen, Liz the sales consultant was awesome, the prices are great. A friend suggested putting some paint protection film on my new Honda Civic as soon as I bought it. I wasn't familiar with the product so I took my car in to get more information and I have to say that I was very impressed! The staff at MasterShield is incredible. Kim was extremely informative and even took me back into their shop so I could get a better idea of what the product is. I was able to see their CERTIFIED installers actually putting film onto cars. Their shop is extremely clean and well kept so I knew I would be comfortable leaving my car with them. I ended up scheduling an appointment to have my whole front end covered with the 3M paint protection film and also had them add the 3M Crystalline window tint as well. I was so impressed when I picked up my car!! I couldn't even tell that the film was on the front end and the amount of heat that the Crystalline blocks out is incredible! I HIGHLY recommend MasterShield if you want to protect your car from the rock chips and sand damage and keep the interior significantly cooler! I won't own another car without it! read more
