Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. Just had MasterTech Pet Solutions to our House. I called them around noon with an ant problem - not only outside BUT in our Bed and in our carpeting. They were everywhere! I spoke with Brent and he said he would find a Tech and have him call us as soon as possible. He did! Ryan called and came out to the house within a couple of hours. Ryan is clean cut, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was very helpful and concerned with getting everything right. He looked over the entire yard - and discovered several ant hills in our lawn, and a trail over our back wall - looked at the bedroom and sprayed and put some bait under the carpeting. He then proceeded to spray and place granules in the yard. We told him our concerns because we have a puppy (lab 3 years) and he assured us that as long as we let the product completely dry - it would be safe for the pup. I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying. When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property. I signed up with Angie's List for a 2-week rodent trapping special. Adam provided service that was far beyond standard. Our house is located in a rural area where rodents come in from the desert, so we required many more traps and much more frequent service of the traps. Initially, I had to talk to the owner Brent about our situation because it was so labor-intensive. Brent was great about it. He honored the special price and got us what we needed. Master Tech uses a special kind of bait that is particularly attractive to rodents. We were catching 5-10 rodents every 2 nights. Adam was very professional and punctual, and a genuinely good guy. He was so good and so knowledgeable that we also hired Master Tech to remove the bees + hive living in the outside wall of our house. This was all done and cleaned within about 45 minutes. I heard about Master Tech after we had Action Termite do a termite treatment. We had termite damage in the attic and were interested in making sure we don't have any more. Master Tech has a service for adding insulation to the attic that is treated with boracide to kill termites and other insects that get into the attic. The insulation (TAP) is blown in. Brent came out and gave us a proposal for adding 12" of insulation. After it was installed, I didn't feel it met the proposal so Brent came out and checked and asked the installers to add more. On July 3rd, the technician Carl P. came out to do my quarterly pest control. When he was enroute he called to let me know he was about 30 minutes away which I appreciated. He arrived on time, and I had some questions for him regarding some little insects I had been seeing. Carl was personable and very helpful. He went to work spraying and when he was done, he indicated that he also brushed away whatever spider webs he could see. I was quite surprised by that because it had never been done by anyone else. After research and several phone calls, Master Tech was the only company who would come out and inspect our home for our rat problem at No Charge. Though he ran later than the 2-hr window we had set aside for the inspection ( the office did call and advise of delay) Adam was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Was calling around looking for a termite treatment before I sold my house. Brent not only beat them all in terms of price but was very flexible and came out same day. Awesome company!! I had MasterTech treat my home for termites and a year later they called ME to do the yearly warranty termite inspection. Wasn't expecting such great service. Then several month later I stumbled across termite frass (feces) and called them. No questions whether the frass was old or new they promptly came out and re-treated. We have two stories. They powered spayed our yard which I really appreciated. I think that does a much better job than the back packs of just spray here and there.. I had placed a call to have someone come out because I found a cockroach. They were awesome got someone out the next morning, they sprayed and the guy was so knowledgeable and polite. He even told me they were just sewer bugs(there was a dead one outside my door he saw) so my problem was much less of a worry. They sprayed and I haven't seen 1 bug since. Thank you guys! read more

I was concerned regarding the chemicals used and our parrot as birds have a great sensitivity to chemicals (and many other things). The products used are completely parrot safe.
