My little guy is on the autism spectrum and has a hard time going to the dentist. During our first visit he was very anxious, but Jordan and Dr. Jeff made him feel at ease. We now visit once a month and he loves to visit the dentist because they make it super fun for him and stress free. My little girl visited today for the first time and she loved it. She said she can't wait to return. Lupita and Dr Chris helped us out and they were so gracious and incredibly welcoming! I highly recommend them. Everyone there is amazing. Your office contacted me to confirm the appointments, so I assumed everything was scheduled correctly. When I arrived, I was told the orthodontist doesn't work on Mondays. If that's the case, why was the orthodontic consultation scheduled on a Monday in the first place? I had to arrange childcare for my younger child and take time out of my day to be here, only to be told I'll have to come back another day. This was completely avoidable and feels like a significant waste of my time. I understand that mistakes happen, but this seems like a scheduling issue that should have been caught either when the appointment was made or during the confirmation. RUDE Receptionist Needs to Be Replaced…read more We had an emergency referral for our 7-year-old autistic daughter, who needs sedation. The referral was approved and faxed to Dr. Musser's office, but the receptionist refused to check it and made me provide all the info myself. After I did, she told me they were booked for 5 months out. I explained it was urgent and my daughter was in pain. Her response was "We get hundreds of referrals a week from insurances." When I said that wasn't okay, she hung up on me. Now I understand all the negative reviews, especially about the receptionist. She's rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks compassion and professionalism. If your child needs real care, do yourself a favor and ask your insurance to send you somewhere else. This office is not equipped to handle urgent pediatric cases, and the receptionist is costing them business. I hope Dr. Musser takes action Or he will continue to loose business and keep getting negative, 1 star reviews.

I very much enjoyed and appreciated the kindness and personality of both the hygienist and the dentist - both were incredible and both deserve numerous compliments. I appreciated their great advice as well as the gentle way they gave it - my wife and I aren't the greatest at having the kids brush, but the wonderful way they understood the difficulties with kids and they way they expressed it was truly appreciated. In the end my son, while a bit short of happy, tolerated it better than I could have possibly hoped and it makes me far less anxious about follow ups. We also want to highlight the wonderful assistant who helped us with translation and made communication easy and stress-free. The doctor is clearly very experienced and confident, which gave us a lot of reassurance as parents. A special thank you to the anesthesiologist, who personally came out before the procedure to explain everything in detail, and again afterward to review how everything went. During the treatment, the assistant came out several times to update us on the progress and timing, which helped tremendously. They truly did everything possible to make sure we were calm and that the hour-plus waiting time did not feel overwhelming. What we especially appreciated about this clinic is that they have a full-time, in-house doctor and anesthesiologist, along with permanent, on-site equipment. In many other clinics, anesthesia providers come only once a week with mobile equipment, which often leads to long waitlists and can feel less reassuring. At Make A Smile, dental treatment under sedation is performed daily, several times a day, in a properly equipped clinical setting -- and that made a huge difference for us. Another big advantage was scheduling. Other clinics offered appointments two to three months out, while here we contacted them on Wednesday and our child was fully treated by Friday. It has now been almost a month since the procedure, and our child is doing great. We are incredibly thankful to the entire team for their professionalism, care, and compassion. We highly recommend Make A Smile to any parents looking for safe, efficient, and truly caring pediatric dental care.
