She has a way of making you feel seen, heard, and completely supported during such an important time. This may be TMI to some, but it was beautifully life-changing for me, when I gave birth to both of my sons, she allowed me to reach down, grab them, and bring them up to my chest myself. It was the most amazing, heartfelt moment I will never forget. With my last baby, she had told me she might be on call, and I was so worried because I wanted only her to deliver my baby. Somehow, she made it happen. I truly believe my son waited for her, the second she walked into the room, it was go time! Her dedication and genuine care for her patients goes far beyond the medical side, she cared for me and my family in a way that I will forever be grateful for. She and her team are truly the best.

Moving from California to Nevada, I was very nervous about giving birth in a new state. After doing…read morea lot of research, I came across this office and decided to give it a try. The first doctor I saw was Dr. McLemore, he is very respectful, calm, and has great bedside manners. Although I was initially nervous about seeing multiple doctors instead of sticking with just one, I'm actually very glad I did because it allowed me to get to know several of them. I can honestly say that every doctor I encountered was amazing, compassionate, and supportive. Dr. Agosto was incredibly sweet and had such a fun, uplifting personality. Dr. Moody was also very kind, compassionate, and patient. When my baby showed signs of distress, she immediately took action and made the decision to induce me. I truly felt seen and heard by her, which meant so much during such a vulnerable time. Dr. Kasar delivered my baby, and she is absolutely amazing. She is calm, understanding, compassionate, and soft-spoken. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and the quality of care she provides. Erika at checkout was wonderful, she communicated clearly while helping me navigate my disability process and consistently provided great customer service during checkout. I did experience a small issue during one visit when I was running about 15 minutes late. I called ahead and was told it was okay to still come in. However, when I arrived, the woman at the front desk on the right was a bit standoffish. I explained that I had called ahead and that I was dealing with pelvic pain and walked as fast as I could, but there was no compassion shown. I did file a complaint with Liz, who was very understanding and apologized for the interaction. Liz was also extremely on top of my disability forms, kept me informed throughout the process, and was overall very helpful. Thank you, Liz, for all your support. Overall, my experience at this office was great. I would absolutely recommend this practice 10/10 and I'm very grateful for the care I received from the doctors and staff.

He was recommend to me when I was pregnant with my first daughter. Shortly after I had my second and I had 2 flawless Csections. I recommend him to every woman looking for an Ob-gyn. He makes you feel like your his only patient at the moment, super kind, friendly, i was by myself after I had my baby and he checked on me. I will never forget the kind nurse that took a video right when my baby was already out and I have dr spoon and the nurse and an amazing photo from delivery. Lee being amazing!

As someone with PCOS & being told by a previous provider I would never have children, Dr. Spoon reassured me year after year that would not be the case for me. Any time I had questions, he addressed them right away including easing my mind with multiple ultrasounds throughout the years to show me all the follicles I had. He & most of his staff made me feel incredibly comfortable, safe & welcomed (I only ever had an issue once with the front desk but when I told him, never had to deal with it ever again). As someone who came out of state with no family in town, Dr. Spoon built a great rapport with me. I hope Dr. Spoon can see this review & will be happy to know in 2022 I gave birth to my son (conceived naturally) & will be giving birth to me second a girl, May 2025. My only regret is he wasn't the one to help me deliver my children-wish I could have brought him back home with me to California! Thank you for all the amazing care over the years, Dr. Spoon. I hope you're well!

I'm lucky I have access to free therapy through Medicaid right now or else I wouldn't be able to go. My first therapist also worked something out with me before I had insurance so it was more affordable for me. They do take insurance which is great! The waiting area inside is calm and quiet. Lots of chairs. Your therapist usually comes to get you at the exact time of your appointment. Scheduling online never works for me for some reason, I always text the "office" person. You can text to set up appointments which is kind of nice when you don't have a moment to call. Feels a bit sketchy though, lol. The rooms are comforting and clean. I have been coming here on and off for about 21/2 years now. I do recommend this office. However, many therapists aren't accepting new patients. It can be hard to schedule an appt since many of them are booked out as well. They have therapists for mental health and individual therapy. Online it seems as it's just a marriage counseling office, but in my experience they do more.

Scheduled, confirmed appointments!! He finally sees a therapist on the third appointment. At the conclusion, he's given an appointment for 2 weeks out. She hands him a reminder note that she filled out. Today, at the time she scheduled, she's double booked and can't see my son. Beyond ridiculous. You all should be ashamed of your poor business practices. I'll be seeking a competent office to help my son, you all clearly aren't up to the simple task of keeping a schedule.
