We had such a wonderful experience at Maternity Imaging at the Glendale Galleria! It was our first time coming here for a 4D ultrasound of our baby girl at 29 weeks, and the entire experience was amazing. The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and patient, which made us feel really comfortable and excited. The place was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places we looked into. Seeing our baby in such detail was truly unforgettable! we're so happy we chose this location and would absolutely recommend it to any expecting parents!

We came here for our 3rd baby's ultrasound and it was a wonderful experience! From the start, they were all very kind and inviting. It is such a beautiful environment as well with all the photo ops available. During the ultrasound the technician was very kind and attentive to how I was feeling and was so great at getting amazing images of the baby. Would definitely recommend Maternity Imaging and would love to come back for the next baby!

Nice place and all but I paid $60 plus tax for the pregnancy confirmation deal which says you get about 5 to 10 minutes with the ultrasounds and stuff. Yeah my best friend recorded the whole thing and it was about two minutes so just know you might not get the whole time promised with your package read more

This is my second visit here!! I love checking up on the movement and growth of my baby at this location. They have 3D/4D/ live packages here at Maternity Imaging. The shop is so cute & vibrant. The technician always tries their absolute best to get the best image result for you, aiding you in different positions to see the baby, offering water, & chocolate to help with movement of the baby. Let me start by saying the place is easy to find. I like how clean it is and very welcoming ambience. It smelled good which I love. The staff is very friendly most specially Ashley. She literally took her time more than what it was supposed to, she made sure we had good picture and tried numerous ways to get a better image of the baby. My husband and I had a great experience. Although baby was a bit stubborn, Julia was really patient and was able to capture a few good photos/ videos of his cute face. I'm sure they are completely used to all of the pregnant ladies coming in late for their appointments.lol they were very understanding. After getting the Mega package we met Dr. Kevork and he walked us through everything he was doing and gave me a chance to talk to my little girl while he did the 4D scan. We visited Maternity Imaging at 11 on a Saturday. Ashley was wonderful and so sweet. She captured beautiful images of our little guy, and her demeanor couldn't have been better. I will absolutely return later in my pregnancy -- the prices are excellent for what you receive, and it's in a comfortable location. Just park on the B5 level of the Galleria parking structure near Bloomingdale's and you're basically there! read more

The staff is so nice and they are so patient. We couldn't get proper pictures of the baby the first time, and the tech Ashley tried really hard for a good while and when still couldn't we were able to reschedule and same thing the tech that helped us the second time almost tried for one hour to get good images of the baby. 100% recommended. read more

After looking at different places to get a 4D ultrasound, I saw that this place was cute and trendy. Better yet a good deal for there premium package, compared to others places that I've seen online. Allyson was very professional, sooooo sweet and very patient with me. She was so gentle when doing my ultrasound even when I told her she can be rough with my belly if my baby wasn't cooperating with us lol but she said she didn't want to hurt me, which made me happy cause that just shows that she really cares about her patients. If you're looking for a place to get great 3D, 4D picture & videos, a cute bear with baby's heartbeat and printed photos -then you should come here. This was such a great experience & I'd definitely come back for my next one :) P.S make sure you come here when your around your 27th-30th week. Don't go past that or else it'll be a lot harder to get good angles of baby. Please, make sure to drink plenty of water before your appointment so that you have a lot of amniotic fluid and baby isn't being squished. read more

Visited twice and left happy on both occasions. First visit I was about 14 weeks along in my pregnancy and my Dr. was going to make me wait another month to find out the gender, which was wayyyy too long for me. So my impatient self did some research which ultimately led me here. I called and asked for the soonest appointment available and they were able to see me the same day. When I arrived the waiting area was decorated beautifully with the comfiest pink and blue lounge chairs. The appointment didn't feel rushed by any means. Ashley was so friendly and thorough! She was able to tell me the gender right away and print me a few keepsake photos. Fast forward a few months, I returned for my 3D package so I could see my little baby's face and they delivered again with clear shots and high quality prints. Definitely check them out if you are expecting. read more

I had a wonderful experience here, I was able to be seen pretty quickly for a gender determination ultrasound and the ultrasound technician was very professional and had a lot of patience when our baby was making it a bit difficult to capture a good image, i ended up not being as far a long as i though, according to their measurements i was 12 weeks and 4 days but they accurately determined the gender (which was later confirmed with blood work). Their office was sweet enough to give us an additional ultrasound picture for us to open later when we were ready to know the gender. read more

Amazing location! Super cute, clean and comfy, I just had an appointment and my 7 year old and my husband and I couldn't be happier with our visit! It's our 2 pregnancy, we went at 26 weeks and the doctor made our visit memorable, he was very detail with everything he will see and answer our questions, very professional place to go to. If you are looking for a place to see your little one this is definitely the place to go to :) Loved it and planning to go back when im more further along! & In the future when I have more children I will definitely come here again! I had my 3D 4D imaging for my daughter today i am 30.5 weeks pregnant. the owner Sousan & the ultra sound technician Allison were absolutely amazing with making me feel so welcome! My baby was in excellent loving hands. the hospitality was spot on! I encourage all you mamas to come here you will not be disappointed you are treated with the upmost compassion! Called asking about a procedure for pain which, while not surgical, does require a high level of…read moreprecision in where to place the needle in order to get the right results and avoid damaging nerve and other tissues. Called, spoke directly to Arman Antanyan (main person who performs these procedures) and set up an appointment, I thought it would be for initial evaluation but he said they could perform the procedure on that same visit. Since there weren't that many reviews (and none mentioning the procedure I needed), and Arman Antanyan is not licensed as an MD in the US, I asked some questions about his training in the procedure, the clinic's success rate with it, and how many times he'd performed it in the past. I got either no answer or vague answers from him to all of these questions. For the last one, once I asked it Arman said he was seeing a patient and I should call later in the day, then when I called after the time he specified it went to voicemail and I left a message asking how many times he'd done the procedure, and when I called an hour later (still during business hours) it went straight to voicemail, and then an hour after that I got a text from the same clinic # from "Lizzy" saying that they were canceling my appointment because "Our doctors had a discussion and came to a conclusion" that this procedure would "not be effective in your case" based on my medical history - A TOTAL LIE. I'd done all explaining of my medical history during the first phone call when I set up the appointment, they were happy to set it up at that point and only canceled after I started asking questions. TLDR: Clinic canceled appointment after not being able to answer questions about training, experience and success rates, made up lies to justify canceling the appointment. Extremely shady. Do not trust them with your body.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with RadNet's billing department. They submitted the…read morewrong claim to my insurance, which resulted in me receiving a bill that I should not have been responsible for. After contacting my medical group, they confirmed that RadNet had filed the claim incorrectly. During a three-way call between myself, my medical group and RadNet, the representative from my medical group explained to the RadNet billing agent exactly how to correct and resubmit the claim. Unfortunately, the RadNet agent still failed to understand or properly handle the issue. Because of their incompetence and lack of follow-through, my account was eventually sent to collections, causing me unnecessary stress and damage over something that was entirely their mistake. This is unacceptable customer service and billing practice. I will no longer use RadNet services and I plan to file complaints with the appropriate authorities regarding this behavior and mishandling of insurance claims. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead I was ignored and financially impacted because of their errors.

We always come here for X-rays and ultrasound and we love here but those 2 very nice and helpful ladies Preny and Narine made my day. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this facility. First, their Google and Yelp…read morelistings state they are open, but they are actually closed for remodeling for at least a month. My biggest issue was the lack of communication from the receptionist, Kim. It is very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got through, I was told I needed a referral. I went through the effort of obtaining one from my doctor and called back (which took 4+ attempts for someone to pick up) to book and only then did Kim inform me that the business is closed for remodeling. It is unprofessional to string a patient along, requiring referrals and multiple calls, only to reveal at the very end that you aren't even open. Please update your hours online so you don't waste other people's time. I told Kim she would have saved me 10+ phone calls, getting a referral, etc. had she said when I called the first time that she's closed and she just said Okay.

Definitely recommend this place to first time mommy's. Right off the bat you feel very welcomed. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Lobby is decorated nicely with baby decor and you have easy access to the different packages they have. Prices are very reasonable and affordable. Owner is very patient and helpful. I called to make an appointment and get I formed about packages they offered and he answered every question I had. You can make the appointment through phone call or online, very easy. The owner was the one who did my first 3D 4D ultrasound and was very patient with baby and I. He tried everything to get my stubborn baby to move and had so much patience with us. He was Able to get some pictures but hands were in the way. He offered to come back to rescan and rescan went so smooth. There was a girl who did the rescan and she was very nice and helpful as well. Very patient and welcoming as well. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again when I have another child. I would recommend parking in B5 parking lot. Has sliding doors right next to the place:) read more

From the moment I walked into the Maternity Imaging Center, I felt warmly welcomed and well cared for. The reception staff was kind, efficient, and made the check-in process easy--even with my nerves running high for our first ultrasound. The sonographer was absolutely wonderful--gentle, knowledgeable, and incredibly compassionate. She explained everything during the scan, pointing out little details of our baby and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. What could have been a clinical experience was made emotional and personal. My partner and I both felt like we were part of something truly special. The facility itself was modern, clean, and very calming. The imaging technology seemed top-notch, and we were impressed with the clarity of the images. We were even given printed photos and a digital copy to take home--something we'll treasure forever. I can't recommend this place enough for expecting parents. Not only is the medical care excellent, but the personal touch they bring to each appointment makes all the difference. read more

This imaging center was everything I thought it would be. Very easy to find, it's located next to Bloomingdale's on the top level. They Have great packages at affordable prices. I forgot her name but the lady up front was very welcoming and straight to the point, she explained everything I would be getting in the package I chose online while making my appt. I took my family of 5, I believe the limit is 8 people. Baby girl wasn't having it that day and she decided to hide her face the whole time and not want to move at all. So The imaging specialist gave me some chocolate and cold water to try and get baby girl to move and still nothing. I thought it was nice enough that after the end of my session since we couldn't get a good picture of her face they rescheduled me for another appt instead of saying "she didn't wanna show her face so, sorry we can't do anything else." Hopefully next time baby girl isn't so shy & shows her face, I'm excited for my next appt & definitely recommend this place to all mommies. read more

Came pretty early on in my pregnancy and was still able to see my baby clearly. I'm only 20 weeks so I opted for the early 3D package and it was so worth it. Price was great and left me feeling very assured, something i'm never able to feel with my regular drs appointments. The tech goes into detail and answered all of my questions. When my baby was hiding she made me coffee and had me do some stretches to get the baby to move and it worked ! I will definitely be returning when my baby is a little bit bigger but if you want a better view of your baby i'd definitely come here ! Maternity Imaging is a great place to see your baby in 3D! Our tech, Ashley, was so sweet and patient. During our first visit, the baby was sleeping and her face was blocked by the umbilical cord, so we couldn't get a clear image. Ashley kindly let us come back two weeks later to try again. She even gave us some extra time after lunch to help wake the baby up and improve our chances of getting a good picture. We really appreciated her kindness and effort to make the experience special. I'd definitely recommend this place if you want to see your baby in 3D before birth--especially since hospitals like Kaiser don't usually offer this. Dr Krajian and his team are the very best! my whole appointment was perfect start to finish. The environment is very welcoming and the place is spotless and smells like baby powder. The overall exam was nothing but magical. The packages are very affordable and the quality is the best from there teddy bears to other merchandise. I would recommend this place for any mommies wanting to see there babies. Overall i left feeling very assured and calm and i would pick no other place to do my ultrasound. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I've gone to a couple of different imaging facilities and having a difficut time with the baby not cooperating, but they would give up after 10 minutes and tell me to try again next week. Here, even though my baby wasn't cooperating at the beginning, the person doing the ultrasound took her time to help get the baby into a better positioning and got the most beautiful pictures of my baby. They staff were kind and understanding and the quality of the pictures were WAY BETTER then the other facilitlies I went too. read more

Visit was amazing top tier service from Ashley. She was very gentle and got the best photos of my girls. I would 100% return it was everything a pregnant mommy could ask for. I had the BEST experience today at Maternity Imaging. Julia was so patient with me and answered any questions I had. I'm 13 weeks with my first baby and was feeling a little anxious after feeling some pain recently. I made an appointment online in the morning for that same day and it was such an easy process! I've been coming here multiple times throughout my pregnancy and I absolutely love it. I have the same technician every time Ashley and she is phenomenal. I always get the best pictures of my baby and it's so much more relaxing than an ob office. Love the atmosphere from the moment I walk in to the second I leave. Amazing level of service, they were able to accommodate me & my family last minute even though they were super booked. Due to baby not moving & being active, they let us reschedule for another date to retrieve better ultrasound pictures of baby. Second day, pictures & videos taken were precious.
