I called at 9am was getting my transvaginal ultrasound by the11:30am! The building has plenty of free parking in the garage that's handicap accessible. The waiting room is clean, the receptionist offered me coffee, water and chocolate! The doctor was gentle, kind, and explained everything as we went along. Such a rushed experience! Our appointment was for 4:30pm, and we weren't seen until 5:05pm to start with. My husband and I wanted a 2D ultrasound more so for the husband to experience an ultra sound and hear the baby's heart beat (Covid times!!). Note that they charge the same for 2D/3D/4D ultrasounds which was totally fine by us- so about 7 mins in she says we're done, when the package clearly stated 20 mins- so I asked why does the package say 20 min- she said that's for 3D/4D which is $20 more expensive. Which is ridiculous because when we signed up we clearly signed for $50 for any ultrasound. But she decided to not charge us additional for 3D/4D!?!? That's the price on the website and the paper we signed in the beginning. We were a little weirded out by the whole thing and were waiting to get done by the end. Ana helped us with the ultrasound, was very helpful and patient with getting the best picture of our little guys face even though he was moving a lot. (He moves ALOT, like all day...) The price is super affordable compared to most places. We chose the $80 package. It's our first born, we already knew he was a boy, and we just wanted a few photos of his face for keepsakes. There was no judgement on picking a package. Overall, we were pretty happy with our experience and it was really nice to see him. Oh! A few tips. 1. We decided to have this done at 29 wk 1 day. I scheduled ahead of time to make sure we could get a good image of his face. It's recommended to do a 4D between 27-32 weeks (I believe) 2. Drink lots of water before the appointment. You'll get a better image. (They have a bathroom) 3. She's going to take a ton of photos, and then she will ask which ones (out of the better ones) you would like. Had our 3D/4D ultrasound here last weekend and my husband and I couldnt have been anymore happier. I called Friday afternoon and booked an appt for the next day and the receptionist was able to help out and give us the appt we wanted. Come Saturday, the day of my appt was 1:30 pm. I called the receptionist at 11 am and asked if they could accommodate us to an earlier time which they were able to do. We arrived 15 min early and was greeted by the receptionist. The location of the imaging center is surrounded by medical offices. It's in the ground floor so we barely got any phone signal, but feel free to ask for there WiFi passcode. Anna was the tech that performed the ultrasound and was very patient during the whole procedure since our little one had his hands covering his face during the whole time. Lullaby music was playing so it set the tone of the room, which was very relaxing to hear! Overall the session lasted 30 minutes and well worth it to see our precious baby. If you check in on Yelp you get a free picture so thats always worth having for the baby's scrapbook! We would definitely recommend this place if your looking to have a 3D/4D experience =) read more

We had a good experience. We got there about 15 mins early.. so we just waited on the tech to arrive. She welcomed us in, and immediately asked if I had already knew the gender, Or wanted to find out. They go based on packages. What I liked, is I was able to customize my package vs other places that make you get all the unnecessary little items. I picked 30 mins, 3D viewing and two color images. At the end when we finished-- we ended up buying the CD of all my photos. She was able to capture a lot of great images Which was nice that we were able to add it after finishing. First of all, I could tell from the moment I walked into the room that it was the same (or similar I'm no expert) scanner that they used at the fancy diagnostic place my OB sent me to in Beverly Hills. Anna the technician explained that it was a live capture image which is far more advanced than the 3d 4d scans at other places. She helped capture some amazing images of our little baby even tho he wasn't cooperating at all at first.
