We found Brittany from craigslist when we need someone to tutor our son to get him prepared for that second test. Ms. Brittany did a fantastic job! She was assessed at Huntington and we learned that she was a grade level or more behind on certain subjects. We knew that she needed additional support to get up to speed prior to the start of 6th grade. Mona provided a clear action plan to address my child's needs. We were provided a set number of hours that was an estimation of the time needed for my child to catch up to her grade level. We would meet up with Mona every 4-6 weeks to see the progress our daughter was making. We will see the scores our daughter achieved on different subjects. We would also discuss the focus of the upcoming weeks. The improvement was gradual in the beginning. Once my daughter got used to the process and routine, we saw dramatic improvement in her grades. Even her attitude towards learning has greatly improved! Mona mentioned that confidence on the subject matter is what really contributes to the success of a student.
