Consider they are pretty busy all the time. I was able to get a same date appointment with my doctor. I scheduled online which was easier than before (I had to call before they had the upgrades). The staff, nurses and doctors are always nice and caring. They listen to your concerns and perform/order necessary tests. Prescriptions will go to your pharmacy electronically. I would recommend the primary care and walk-in here.

The admin staff here are under educated over paid union employees that think they can speak to people in any manner they wish. The appointment system they have is 10 steps past archaic. I you want to get regular therapy for your kid at the same time each week you would have a better chance having an ongoing conversation with a burning bush. the mngmt there has no balls to put the staff in check. Doctors will tell you to go get an appoint in two weeks then the "staff" tells you nothing for a month. This place is a joke. It wont be long before people start going to the ADA about this outfit.

She works 6 days a week. And has no time to figure it out. I called their office, they tried to help me. But they placed it on the biller's hand. By the end of the year, my mom already got her "end of year" break down from her insurance and it stated that the insurance had paid it in full.. A month later, we get the same bill for the same exact amount. They have gotten calls/mail from us already... So we had to write another mail with a copy of the insurance break down. I think the doctor is good and kind. But the billing dept has to get fixed Another thing, my dad has Medicare. And since Obama care, there should be no deductibles for wellness visits... And my dad gets a bill for the visit!!!! It's a wellness visit! And they billed it as an office visit so they can get money from us. Now, my poor father already has high blood pressure. It is going up because of their poor filing system. Horrible and sad. I hope they fix their billing dept. Go here if you don't mind checking your bill and doing some leg work for them for the insurances because their doctor is nice. Don't go here if you don't have any knowledge of insurances. They will screw you over.

A complete physical involves EKG, checking for any glandular conditions, ears, throat (none given). Have always had all from previous physicals. Dr.Zeveloff seemed totally bored with issues that were my concern and felt she couldn't wait to exit on to the next patient. There was absolutely no one-on-one as a new patient to get to know me. When my so called "exam" was over, the PA said in the hallway "see you in 6 months" but no visit to front desk to possible schedule.
