They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

It didn't work in their system for some reason, I saw him try in front of me. But it was a pleasant surprise, I was available! Their names were Elmer and Kingston. They assessed the door, told me what they would have to do to fix it, gave me the honest price point, and asked me whether I wanted to hold off or have it done immediately. I decide to just get it done, and so I asked them to hold on for me to secure my cats so they wouldn't run outside. They literally had to take the door off of the hinges! They used that time to go grab tools and a patiently waited for me to let them know when my cats were secured. The job didn't take that long, I didn't actually time it.... Maybe about 40 minutes? They were efficient and really did their thing. So now, my door is fixed and I'm ready to go on vacation. They aren't the closest geographically, but they do serve the entire area. I followed every instruction, including hiring movers since they told me the tenants belongings needs to be removed for the eviction to be complete. When the sheriff arrived I was told I needed a certificate of mailing, something her office never mentioned nor took care of. Even though a previous email mentioned she would take care of this, she changed her tune to say this is something property managers do. They also gave me procedures for a different jurisdiction. I spent hours at the courthouse figuring everything out myself. No accountability, no apology, and no refund. If you're hiring an attorney for clarity or support, I suggest looking elsewhere.
