The new store boasts an outdoor area which is also decorated well. I think this store has more furniture and bedding than the one in Utica Square. I was there during the end of the holiday season and again, while it was decorated well, it wasn't over the top cluttered. Staff might have been more helpful but it was a busy time of gift selling!

Employee named London didn't want to give me my refund,…read more I knew immediately she was going to have some kind of a problem, I have no idea why people take one look at me and my daughter and all of a sudden don't want to help us, it's your job, why is it so hard to be helpful.... She wouldn't even pick up the receipt to look at it and wanted to just say no and give me store credit. It has the refund policy right on the receipt and then she acts like she has to call somebody to ask. I won't be going back to a place with stuck up employees to good to do their job, I buy other stuff there, but there's five below, dollar tree and Ross right next to them if they think my money isn't good enough for them. I probably won't go back, and me and my mom just bought a house near there so I guess we can buy our home goods elsewhere.

We purchased a 30ft above ground pool. The day before installing, they informed us that we needed…read more9 tons of sand (additional cost) we had been told that the price included all installation needs. Wrong!! They showed up to install the pool at 5 pm on a Tuesday evening. They did not use all the sand asked for and left it piled on my grass. The installer was very unprofessional with me when he said we may need more sand, why the did not use what was there he said it would not help. They were unable to complete the installation and left at 1030pm, said they would need to return to complete. We waited 2 days an not on person showed up to finish. They had not even installed the skimmer and return for the filter system. Matt Hale told us to start filling the pool and he would get someone to install the items. The liner had not been stretched and there were creases and wrinkles all over. Being on a water well filling was taking a long time. Lord and behold the storms came and the pool collapsed. We contacted Family Leisure about this and Matt Hale said that it was not their problem anymore and to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. Family Leisure did say they would come and change things out for $4,700.00 pluss. Needless to say I will never use or recommend this company again or to anyone for the service we were provided. They offered no help whatsoever. All they want is your money and once they get it, they don't care about the issues you have. This company is a joke.

The furniture is very detailed and nothing like you can find here in the city for the fraction of a cost! This darling little shop has everything from British foods, candles, Guinness chocolate from Scotland and beautiful huge ornate English armoires. She isn't open 9-5 instead they have warehouse sales. If you follow their Facebook or Instagram, they list helpful sale dates open to public. Also found out that Thursday's on Instagram, she does sales which the prices are hard to beat! Often she offers local pickup on the weekends which is an additional little bonus!
