We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

After speaking to the owner he assured me they would rectify all the left over issues. The good news is they did fix the installation defects and sound quality but created more issues in the process. Now they cannot find the cigarette lighter, There are cuts in the leather, scratches on the paint. Vehicle tag was missing when I went to pick it up. One of the convertible flaps was off and his comment was that is a factory defect, it was not a defect when it got there? . I actually showed him how to put it back on. This lack of caring is what I experienced the first time, now again the second time. The good news is the system sounds great and the back up camera works great, the window tint is perfect. I did experience the bait and switch on pricing from what I was quoted. They are great guys , very busy which is part of the problem I feel. In my opinion if they would slow down and put more emphasis on quality these little errors would not keep occurring as in my experience with them has shown. Make sure you get a quote in writing and make sure you take pictures of the interior and exterior before dropping off your vehicle. They still have not call with the missing parts to the car.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS! (TWO THUMBS DOWN!)…read more In my opinion, I would steer any consumer away from doing business with this vendor! I will outline several reasons why I have come to this conclusion in this review narrative. However, to avoid headaches and unnecessary stress, there are many other credible vendors in the area that do right by their work if something goes wrong. This business damaged my camper and charged me for empty hours doing minimal work with glue, two screws, and some grease. In other words, they were paid for doing almost absolutely nothing! They had my pop-up camper for approximately seven weeks with no major fixes to do! Yes, seven weeks! Nothing had to be taken apart and reassembled. As you will notice, the following list is quite simple. I had to CANCEL a camping trip I was looking forward to going with my family because this business claims "they could not find a part." I found the part and ordered it in 20 minutes. In other words, it was not that hard. When you read this company's response, there will be an excuse and explanation for every absence of thought, lack of communication, and unprofessional conduct. I have provided visual evidence of understood tasks not completed. Each picture evidently shows what tasks this company NEVER completed and thus damaging the electrical socket as well. A mechanic knowingly forced a part that was not made for the electric plug because they did not replace both the plug and the encasement. I told this company to replace both the electric plug and the encasement I provided. These directions were again not followed! Therefore, this mechanic broke the encasement, not following directions. Therefore, of course, it broke! The following fixes were not completed as requested: 1.) Propane tank attachment pieces (and then thus testing that a tank be attached sufficiently). These part pieces were handed back to me. 2.) Plastic piece on bumper NOT reattached. A black plastic piece on the back bumper came off. I requested that it be reattached. This part was thrown away! 3.) The electric plug enclosure has been damaged, where it will no longer stay inserted into the electric socket cover while in transport (hence the duct tape). The operator even admitted that he tried to insert a new part that did not fit the enclosure. 4.) I asked said owner to replace the electric socket plug in addition to the compartment piece around it, which would have prevented him from damaging this part of the camper with a smaller plug size. This part was never replaced. 5.) The clamp on the right side of the storage compartment at the front of the camper was not fixed and/or replaced. 6.) Caulking the interior stripped woodwork was not completed. 7.) The left turn signal bulb was out when I picked up the camper. The mechanic did not replace this bulb or even bother to check all the lights beforehand. Before I picked up the camper, I spoke to the owner over the phone. He assured me all these tasks had been completed. That was not the case! Given the absorbent delay (seven weeks), the damage caused to my camper, and the tasks not completed, I have requested a full refund. This vendor has responded that several of these online negative reviews are fake. I am beginning to think these positive reviews are self-fabricated by this business. If you write a review for a business, no one utilizes their own valuable time to post fake reviews. These online reviews have legitimate names and associations to them. It is clear this business does not possess the expertise to work on older RV's or pop-up campers. If RVEE INC. gives me a full refund for work never completed, I will consider removing these one-star reviews. Please note this review is my opinion and personal experience with this company. However, visual evidence is convincing that this situation is seriously messed up! Again, in my opinion, I would strongly suggest staying away from this business!

Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.

They sounded like an honest company that could be trusted to diagnose and repair my transmission. I took my car there on a Tuesday morning and had to leave it. When I didn't hear anything by the 2nd day, I tried calling and nobody answered the phone. So I left a message and nobody returned my call either! I had to ask a friend (that lived near the shop) to go check on my car. The receptionist told him that they were running codes on my car right then (Wed. afternoon). So I expected a diagnosis Wednesday but nobody called to tell me anything. I waited all the next day (Thurs) and still no phone call and no diagnosis! By this time, they had my car 3 days. This was my only transportation (they knew that) and I have no family to help me. I was out of groceries and had to walk 2 miles (at 81) to get my bills at the post office. I knew this could not go on any longer, so I left a message that I would pick my car up Friday (4th day). I had to hire a ride there, and when I picked up my car I was not even given a piece of paper - NO DIAGNOSIS, NO NOTHING! Unbelievable! I did without any transportation for days for absolutely nothing! Would never go there again and certainly do NOT recommend!!!

Got a call today from Matlock Tires saying that we had an invoice that needed to be paid I told the gentleman that I had paid it and we would look at our credit card statement and I would call him back. So instead of calling I decided to just go to Matlock tires so I go in talk to Jimmy Matlock and tell him Why I'm there i show him the picture where I paid the for the tire . It was $49.54 with my tire warranty well Jimmy Matlock says that I don't have a tire warranty !! which he would not let me speak to tell him the gentleman that previously helped me had found my tire warranty and that is why he charged me only $49.54 but every time I would try to speak he would cut me off and say well he's not here it's just you and me!!! After multiple times of me trying to tell him and being cut off multiple times by him I told him fine that I was just leaving !! I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life by a person I don't know if he has a problems with just women or what his issues are !!! I was surprised by the review posted 5/15/15 and to some extent by the one dated 1/5/16. I have been a customer of Matlock Tire for many years . I go to their Kingston Pike shop . They have provided me service in selling, rotating , balancing and repairing nails in tires , etc. as well performing other services on my vehicles . I have never, NEVER , had a bad experience with any of the staff at Matlock's or their service. They have always been courteous, prompt , respectful and co-operative . I have come to trust them in all of their dealings with me . My rating of Matlocks is a Five Star PLUS . As for their facilities , their shop is one of the neatest and cleanest that you could ever expect to find in their business of servicing vehicles. Their waiting room is spacious and well decorated with comfortable chairs ( especially the rocking chairs ) . I am not a fashion stylist but I would not describe their décor as "dated" . I had a bolt in my tire it was a nightmare trying to quickly find the nearest tire shop and I was 61 miles away from home. GPS had me going all out of the way on this tire. (A new car) I was frantic. Blowouts are dangerous. it was crazy! Matlock Tire is a great business. They are honest, prompt, and do good work. I have often asked them if I needed certain work performed on my car and they said that such service could wait or is not necessary. They could have just as easily performed the work and made money off of me. They performed emergency work on my imported car on very short notice so that I did not have to postpone a planned trip out of town. Their owners and managers are involved in the community and treat people exceptionally well. They value your business and seek to earn it with every transaction. While traveling through Knoxville I had a flat tire. After having AAA replace the flat with the spare, the tire needed immediate attention. Matlock Tire Service wasn't the closest tire repair shop but they were highly recommended so I proceeded to their shop. It was about 30 minutes before closing time but the staff at Matlock immediately repaired the tire. They were professional, kind and courteous - I can't recommend this shop more highly. They stuck to the appointment time which is rare in automotive. A couple of downsides, tire hazard warranty is $27/wheel. it's $12/wheel at Walmart. The up-sell is relentless. I don't need a fluid check/safety inspection when the car is just one year old. I had to remind them twice to skip this time wasting exercise.

The last time I was there, the mechanic kept coming into the lobby to give me updates, explain what they were doing, and let me know how much longer it would be. That kind of communication and care is rare. What really stands out is that they're not trying to upsell or squeeze money out of you. They focus on doing solid work and taking care of their customers. In fact, every time I've been there, my final bill has come out lower than what they originally quoted--which never happens anywhere else. I was referred here through family, and now I see why most of their business comes from word of mouth. Once you go here, you don't really want to go anywhere else!
