Living in the Mountains can be difficult finding homeowners insurance, fire, snow etc. But I've been fortunate with Mike Williams at CPI, to take care of things. I've even sent several friends to CPI because of the ease and affordability. As of now, my roommate has auto insurance with CPI, I have renters, homeowners and auto insurance with them. In sum, I appreciate the ease in which my needs are taken care of, and of course the price. I don't do email/docu sign computer stuff, so CPI sends everything via USPS. I called and a woman said she'd look into it finding my name in their system. After another week -- nothing. I called again and the sane woman apologized and said that Mike Williams will get back to me within a hour with the quote. ( Keep in mind this is thousands and thousands worth of coverage.). I waited 4 more days and called a 4th time and told the woman I never heard from anyone. "Someone will get back to you". Yeah rrrrrright. No wonder Christine left. Reviewed our homeowners and auto policies and gave the honest opinion that we were looking for, the quotes they supplied were from a different company than we were currently insured by. We talked about it and Geoffrey just told me go talk to your current agent and look at a couple things, raise the deductible on your current homeowners and then you could raise the insurable amount and it would save you some money on your policy.
